I’ve been going to this car wash since it was Overflow Car Wash, and honestly, I am extremely disappointed in several missteps by this company when it comes to my patronage.
For starters, when they transferred over from the Overflow billing system, Take 5 technically charges less for the tier wash I was getting… but it wasn’t caught by them, and I didn’t know there were price changes. I had to go through a whole process with some third party support to get it corrected, but I was probably paying extra for my washes for months. Also, they close early randomly without notice or warning. I’ve tried to make it over there several times after work and their entrance is just coned up even though it’s still within open hours by a good margin.
The straw that broke the camel’s back was there being a mixup with my account today and them saying it’s deactivated without any prior notice, and they also gave me a scare and made me think my card was being fraudulently used for ANOTHER person’s wash subscription in another city. I think this whole deactivation incident is my sign to try to find a new car wash, and I’d caution any people considering using this car wash due to all the negligence I’ve experienced.

Just went in today to the office and DJ was there thankfully! I just met him today, but I am so impressed with his Customer Service to me and the others that was in there he made sure everyone was taken care of and did it in a kind caring way! Shout out to DJ good job young man !!

Best customer service! Always clean and staff is always so nice. Tee, the manager, walks around servicing everyone with a smile. Bonus that the playlist is top tier while vacuuming out your car.
