Came to Mavis for a complete installation of all new tires. They were so kind and upfront about everything that would be done. Scott greeted me as soon as I walked in and was so kind with the final transactions. Would definitely recommend this place especially for college students around Tuscaloosa!

I came here yesterday because my front brakes have been doing a little bit of squeeking, it wasn't bad. I told them I thought I needed brake pads, but they told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes maybe a little bit of dust on the pads and I did not need new brakes! Very refreshing to find an honest service shop!

Took work truck to get 1 tire, they said it would be a couple hours so left it and came back 2 hours later, no new tire changed, no one ever bothered to look at it, got there after waiting 2 hours then they said we will get to it. Never got a tire took it to AMIGOS got a tire in less than 20 minutes.

All the guys were great marcus and toni i believe it was and Scott but their manager im guessing Alonso i believe thats the name i heard.was a bit foul mouth with the other employees.maybe he thought i couldn't hear it other then that great! I asked one of the workers is he always like that..he replied oh yes ma'am!
