- ALAbby LeeOct 7, 20261.0On 10/5/26 this Enterprise location was visited. Sadly this interaction felt very discriminatory due to being treated a certain way due to race. After the encounter we left and went to the Tuscaloosa airport to rent a car through AVIS, where they were friendly and helpful. (Highly recommend) I do not recommend this place if you have a hint of color to your skin!
- CSCindy SandsSep 29, 20265.0I needed a large vehicle to transport cargo (boxes, small furniture, several suitcases, large paintings, and other items) across state lines. The Chrysler Pacifica was the ideal vehicle to do so. ALL seats fold down completely flat so it works like a van but has the smooth handling of a high end vehicle. The staff was helpful in showing its features and had the vehicle ready to go ahead of time. Great customer service!

- 3332toLifeSep 3, 20261.0I had a reservation and they told me the only things I needed to get the car. I specifically asked these questions so I'd know. Well when I got there they proceeded to tell me I needed all this extra stuff that I just didn't have. I was depending on this car also as I had somewhere I needed to be and this totally screwed me as everyone else was out of cars because I was expecting to get this one. Oh, and the car i reserved wasnt even tbere anymore anyways.
