  The van we rented we were told was a non smoking car. We do not smoke and was happy to hear that. However as soon as we got in it at the rental store the smell of smoke was overwhelming. We immediately told them and no one even acknowledged it. The vehicle performed well the entire time we had it, but because of the sun, every time we got back in it, the smell of smoke was even stronger. It definitely made for a less than pleasant experience. We again made note of it when we dropped it off at the rental store and even another service representative only said “wow”. Not even an “I’m sorry” or “what can we do for your inconvenience”. We felt very let down to say the least. We will be renting another one this year and also next year and we will not be accepting any vehicles that have been smoked in , especially since that’s what we were promised

  I had to use Enterprise for a car rental after an accident. The people were friendly and professional. They made a frustrating experience much easier and more pleasant.

  2nd time using Enterprise in Muscle Shoals & the staff have been wonderful & helpful! The car I rented was great! I had no problems at all.

  Muscle Shoals, AL Aside from them being somewhat understaffed, it was great!! Hayden and Sam (I think) had me all ready to go. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what I reserved but it worked out. Really great guys to work with and even the return (hate I didn’t get his name) was great and quick.
