  I came to get my oil changed on 22AUG26 and the staff was amazing!! I originally only expected to get my oil changed but William checked my engine & a/c filters and they were disgusting so I got them changed! CJ was assisting as well as keeping me informed and educated while the service was being provided. Overall was service and experience was impeccable and I will be back for future services.

  Bad experience, bad service. I went in for an oil change; I don't speak much English, and I’ve never had issues because of that before, but this man refused to serve me while he and his coworkers made contemptuous faces at me. He told me they couldn't perform the service and made up a really silly excuse. I’ve had this service done in other states without any problems; these people need to be empathetic, or they should change their staff. I will never go back to Valvoline. It might not make a big difference, but their staff needs to be empathetic toward everyone.
