  Extremely unprofessional experience with Safelite. The employee I spoke with, Kaitlyn, was rude from the start, acted annoyed by simple questions about a chip repair quote, and ultimately hung up on me. If customers asking questions is too much of an inconvenience, maybe customer service isn’t the right position. Definitely left a bad impression.

  This was an awesome experience from start to finish my job was rescheduled twice but I believe that’s due to the shipment shenanigans and what we have going on in the world today so I will not blame that on Safelite.The young Kasey was very professional and called me with the deepest sense of urgency to keep me aware and apologized each time. My tech was courteous, fast, and efficient. I appreciate you all you have my business for any future endeavors though of course I hope not to soon 😂

  It looks terrible! I’m so disappointed. I would have replaced the entire windshield had I known the outcome. The technician said it would still be somewhat visible but this is terrible.The cracks are still visible and look like they will grow. I would have appreciated some honesty and told this won’t fix the problem and, instead, should replace the windshield.

  They didn't come to us as scheduled - they picked up our vehicle then hours later said they didn't have the windshield in stock after taking out the old one. Then added another $67 and I had prepaid. Also, I paid for the wipers and repellant to be added and it wasn't. We received 4 different quotes after paying and still did not get what we paid for. Got the car back and it was covered in glass on the dashboard, seats and carpets. Very dissatisfied with the level of customer service expected from a nationally recognized company. Positive we did get rid of the crack but let's hope it lasts! I still need a refund of the $70 for the wipers.

  Had a bad experience with scheduling. They put me last on a day, 30 minutes away from the prior client so the first scheduled repair just didnt happen and had to he rescheduled. After that the experience was easy and straightforward. My tech called and kept me updated, arrived and promptly got to work and was done within an hour.
