  Cornelius greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He didn't mind at all explaining the process, the risks, answering all my questions, and explaining his actions every step of the way. I was afraid of creating legs from the existing damage but he went right to work. He guaranteed me nothing but the job he did was everything! I'm greatly appreciative of him and Safelite. It was my first experience with Safelite but I'll use them again. Cornelius keep up the great work; know that your approach and disposition matters! Thanks Safelite!

  Subject: Complaint Regarding Delayed Windshield Replacement and Poor Communication I am writing to express my frustration with my recent appointment at Safelite. When I scheduled my windshield replacement, I was told the work would be completed between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I arrived on time and have now been waiting for over an hour beyond the expected completion time. My windshield replacement has still not been completed. After waiting, I was informed that the delay is due to awaiting calibration. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, I am disappointed that this possibility was not communicated to me beforehand and that I was given an inaccurate completion estimate. This delay has disrupted my schedule and caused significant inconvenience. I would appreciate an explanation for the delay, as well as a review of how appointment timelines are communicated to customers so others do not experience the same issue. I chose Safelite because of its reputation for professionalism and efficiency, and I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this complaint.
