I asked the manager if they had the OEM glass with the logo and he stated that he knew exactly what I was talking about. He said that they just didn't have it on hand and I would have to reschedule for the next morning. He said the OEM was actually cheaper than the glass they had on hand that was scheduled to be installed and since it was cheaper would be covered by the insurance. Well, that ended up costing me $214 as the OEM appeared to be more expensive, was not covered by my insurance, and was an extra day for the appointment. I contacted Safelite customer service to see what the upcharge was for based on the conversation with the manager. They message the manager to contact them and/or contact me. Never heard a word back. Their local manager can't be trusted. However, the tech. that installed the windshield was great.

Corry did an excellent job on my truck. He repaired the chipped windshield in less than 30 minutes. He arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled and that’s totally fine. He was respectful and courteous he explained everything that was going to happen and was very detailed in the way he described the work being done on my truck. I highly recommend Safelite.

Highly don’t recommend! Windshield are too high for the customer issue not to be corrected when it’s brought to your attention. Someone came out to do my windshield that was $1,000+, but luckily I used my insurance but still had a hefty $500 to pay out of pocket. My head liner had a very visible gap that you can see. I expressed this concerned and another technician was sent out. That technician proceeded to tell my mom (I was at work and left my car with her) that “I wouldn’t take the windshield out because of that”. I don’t remember the technician paying for my windshield to tell someone what he would not do when it’s MY CAR and MY MONEY. I’ve contacted safelite over 4 times about this issue and keep getting told they are sending the store manager a message. The last time I called almost two weeks ago and I keep expressing the same issue that hasn’t been fixed and i had this work done at the end of May. This time I was told it was being escalated and I’d get a call back. NEVER got a call or voicemail from anyone about my issue! I will not spend hundreds of dollars with another company like this and still not be satisfied!

My entire windshield had to be replaced, and unfortunately, a technician was not available to come to my location. While it was somewhat inconvenient to bring my vehicle to their facility, the service was completed much faster than I expected. After I had been at work for about an hour, I received notification that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Because my windshield included advanced technology features, the recalibration process was required. I am pleased to report that everything is functioning properly and as expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be for the technician to wipe down or clean the dashboard after the installation and recalibration are completed, as some residue or debris was left behind. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the quality of the service and the quick turnaround time.
