- FMFrank Monahan3 days ago1.0I’ve flown into MGM twice in the last month. Different days and different times. Both times no vehicles ready for pick up. First trip I was forced to upgrade or wait. Second trip I waited for more than 30 minutes for vehicle to be available. I’m Exec level having made reservation weeks in advance. Absolutely horrible efficiency here. Poor planning and management
