- BWBrittany Williams1 day ago5.0The service here was fast. Rodney was so kind and he made sure my tires were all checked. Although I had one that needed plugging he and his team made sure I got back on the road asap. Thank you so much for your professionalism and great customer service!!
- DJDemetrius Jennings1 day ago5.0I went in to have my tire checked because I had been having to continually add air to it. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was great—the facility was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to technician Charles for doing an excellent job and taking the time to address the issue with my tire. I truly appreciate the great service and professionalism. Highly recommend!
- JMJames MeyerSep 28, 20265.0I arrived at the Mavis on Vaughn Road for a tire repair and the manager Anthony "Tony" Taylor met me in the parking lot. I've never had a manager meet the customer in the parking lot. Tony and his guys did an outstanding job! Tony kept me up to date on what was going on with the repair. The guys wasted no time getting to my car. They worked quickly and did a quality job! It was a great experience and I will definitely be returning for future repairs and tires!! Ask for Tony!!
- JPJay PatelSep 23, 20265.0Great and fast service. They are knowledgeable and helpful about the issues with my tire and also alerted me about the tire depth of my other tires being too low and needing replacement.
