  Before the holiday weekend, I needed a tire issue diagnosed and fixed quickly. This location is behind the Publix I frequent so I have them a try. They identified the problem, explained the repair clearly, and completed the work within the timeframe they promised. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase unnecessary services or upgrades. Larry and Terrance kept me informed throughout the process and wait time, communicated clearly, and made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free. I highly recommend them for their honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

  Great taking care of my car and getting it serviced. Customer lobby area was very clean and tidy. Notified me with everything that was inspected on my car.

  I had the best experience at Mavis on Mitchell Drive. Larry and Dillon worked well as a team handling the inside, while everyone in the back worked efficiently to get the job done! Highly recommend you using them!

  Dillon was very helpful and made sure his team took care of what I came in for. I am satisfied with the work that was done. Customer service is top tier and I hope it stays that way.
