  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service! The mechanic was quick, professional, and did an excellent job changing my tire. Very friendly and made sure everything was secure before I left. Definitely recommend!

  Nick was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, professional, and all around good guy. He did everything in his power to fix the mistake from yesterday’s visit. He didn’t try to cheat me, trick me or force me into buying something I didn’t need. He had absolutely nothing to do with yesterday‘s mistake, but he went above and beyond to make it right. I have all the respect for him and I think he’s doing a wonderful job

  Put nice tires on my wife's truck and told me I need a new battery and both windshield wipers are bad. The battery is a year old and the passenger side windshield wiper is in toolbox in the bed of her truck so I really don't know how he knows that unless he went through her toolbox without our permission. I also told them to check the alignment on the truck. I got charged for an alignment that was never done. The truck still pulls to the right bad. Tim was the salesman that told me all of this crap. He also told me that they don't put tires on a a dually truck. Mavis at this location is the one that put them on for me and broke my wheel sensor that had to be replaced. They couldn't even pout the AC oil in her compressor after they installed it. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED ! Zero stars for them !

  The staff at this shop are efficient, transparent, and kind. We came in for a tire replacement and Tim not only greeted us with a smile, but was thorough in his inspection. He provided us all of our pricing options and got us out in less than 20 minutes. This is our go-to shop because the service is professional and consistent.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The wait was about 25 minutes, which was reasonable, and they did a great job on my vehicle. Lionel was especially polite, courteous, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the visit. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back for future service.
