  Really great place. Kirk was my tech. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, very personable. I couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommended all around.

  As I was pulling up, both James and Kirk was cleaning the bays. Which was nice to see technicians taking the initiative to make sure the place is as clean as possible. Kirk confirmed the pricing before starting service. This was greatly appreciated because I like to know the cost upfront. During the oil change I became very hot inside the car, Alabama summer time. Kirk invited me to sit in the waiting lobby to cool down. Very pleased with the service and the professionalism!

  Today, I visited Express Oil Change on Atlanta Highway in Montgomery, Alabama, and unfortunately, my experience with the service technician, James, was extremely disappointing. From the beginning of the interaction, James demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer-service skills. He spoke in a manner that was difficult to understand and did not communicate clearly with me throughout the service. More importantly, I did not feel that I was being treated with the level of courtesy and respect that a customer should receive. As a customer, I expect employees representing Express Oil Change to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. James’s attitude and communication made what should have been a routine visit unnecessarily unpleasant. I am bringing this matter to management’s attention because I believe customer service is an important reflection of the company. I would appreciate it if management would address this situation with the employee and ensure that customers are treated with professionalism, respect, and courtesy moving forward. I hope Express Oil Change takes this concern seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience at this location.
