  The staff here was great to work with and took excellent care of us. The box truck we were given was nearly new and drove really nicely for a vehicle that size. I will say there were no cargo vans available for us (what we had reserved), but they were able to provide a box truck at the same rate- and it worked out fine in the end. I definitely plan to rent from here again next time I need a van or truck for local or short-distance use.

  My experience was such a pleasure for renting the large box truck. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I could not have asked for a better renting experience. The staff was truly able to work with me on pickup and return of the rental. The truck was clean and ready to go upon my arrival. The staff was very quick on getting me out on pickup and checking me back in on the return. Will definitely come back to this location. Very satisfied!!

  Enterprise should be beyond thankful they have employees like Justin and Shay. When I called to secure a truck rental, I was told the truck was available. What I wasn’t told was that it was only available if the current renter returned it on time. The representative I spoke with left it to the onsite team to break that news to me, which caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety during an already difficult situation. Thankfully, Justin and Shay stepped in. They went above and beyond to fix a problem they didn’t create. Their professionalism, understanding, and determination to help me kept me from being left in a very bad situation. It’s unfair that employees like Justin and Shay are put in positions where they have to clean up mistakes made elsewhere. Enterprise should recognize the value of these two individuals because, in my experience, they deserve far more credit than the company itself. If it weren’t for Justin and Shay, this would have been an absolutely terrible experience. Justin and Shay are the only reason I’m leaving this review. They represent the kind of customer service every company should strive for.

  I had an outstanding experience the Assistant Branch Manager, Ms. Shaylon Russell. Ms. Russell was professional, courteous, and friendly. She and her staff took the time to carefully explain the available options and made sure we selected the best truck to fit our needs. She and Mr. Danny went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They treated me and my husband with genuine kindness and made us feel like valued customers. We needed a truck capable of pulling a trailer, and they ensured it was fully equipped with the proper hitch and the necessary tools before we left. Their attention to meeting our needs made the rental process smooth. This was truly a top-notch experience. I highly recommend this Enterprise location, 701 Enterprise Ct, Montgomery, Al. Thank you for making our experience such a positive one!
