  The manager girls with glasses was handle pressure with holidays good but also I made app at 12 received vehicle at 3 as well had to check in and still wait hours after my app as well the vehicle I got had noticeable damage I see small throngs but not no fender bent an when I went bk in office to speak with her she told me I had two option get it or leave it I think that’s was rude I know it busy that’s why you prepare for majors holidays like this my first time feeling this way been rent since I was able to I think this location needs some help with customer service an staff if next hope the service be better this time dissatisfied

  Brooke provided outstanding customer service and made my rental experience quick, easy, and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. The entire Enterprise team was welcoming, efficient, and great to work with. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely rent from this location again!

  I’ve never dealt with workers this bad in my life. I called to fix a simple problem and got hung up on twice, first by a woman, then by a man. Both times they barely listened, put me on hold, and then just dropped the call. No explanation, no help, nothing. Straight up disrespectful. It didn’t get any better in person. I was told 30 minutes to get the car ready, ended up waiting over 2 hours. And the whole time, the staff was doing absolutely nothing. One guy just standing on the balcony being useless, while two other guys and a woman walked around like they had no clue what was going on. Zero urgency, zero organization, zero effort, zero accountability. This place is a joke. Lazy staff, terrible service, and no respect for customers’ time. And the worst part is, this isn’t even first time they’ve been this bad. They clearly don’t care and have no intention of doing better. Never coming back.
