  I spoke to a person directly about renting a pickup truck. She told me she had one available. I gave her my DL # and insurance details and told he I would be there to pick it up in 30 minutes. After arriving, I waited in line for over an hour while one person was at the computer helping people and 5 other employees just stood around laughing and playing while people waited in line for this one person to handle the rentals for the customers inline. She was very slow because she would stop often to text some on her personal phone. When I finally got to the counter I told her I was there to pick up the truck I had reserved earlier. She took my DL and took a picture of it and my credit card. She said they would bring it around. So I waited another 30 minutes. She walked out to the far corner of the parking lot to talk on her personal phone. Finally I guy called my name and told me that they didn't have a pickup by I could upgrade to an SUV. I told him that I reserved a pickup. He said they already rented it to someone else. I asked what was the point of me reserving one then? I was told that they were reserving the truck for me just to find out they rented it to someone else. Besides the complete indifference for customer service and horse playing and use of personal phones I felt like the whole thing was a scam just to get me in the office so they could try to get me to upgrade. I had someone drive 30 miles to bring me to this rental because I was told that they had a pickup and they were holding it for me. I come to realize that lying as a normal way of business at this particular branch and I would not recommend anybody do business with them ever! Honestly if I were the manager of that store I would fire everyone of the employees and shut that entire Branch down for trying to run a scam. It is totally unacceptable to outright lie to someone and just expect them to take it!

  The customer service was excellent and I loved everything about the experience. I was even offered a ride. The whole team was amazing

  Everyone was very friendly. I really needed a rental but I wasn't sure about the process. They immediately calmed my nerves and made this a good experience. I will definitely use enterprise again.

  Had a great first experience at the Eastern Blvd. location. All the team members were so helpful and had such great attitudes. I was impressed how they worked together to help all the customers.

  We had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. I received a phone call from Prattville location the morning of my reservation to inform me that the reservation for a 15-passenger van is not at original location(Prattville) but is available at the Eastern Blvd location and to ask for Brooke upon arrival. He stated that she is aware of the situation. When Derrick, the driver arrived to pick up the van Brooke looked at the confirmation number and told him to step to the side because this reservation was made at the Prattville location. Once 1 hr goes by, Derrick tried to explain to Brooke that he has a very important family obligation to take care of so please go ahead and wait on him. She said you just gotta wait. After another 1 1/2 hr goes by she finally waits on him but by then it was too late. My uncle who was going on this family trip (New Jersey) to see his bed ridden niece due to having a stroke can not attend. We needed the van paperwork in order to get the approval from his PO but because Brooke took so long to process the van we missed the appointment with the PO and couldn't get the proper documents for him to travel. Enterprise if you put people in management positions, they should have good people-oriented skills and customer focus. It took ALL OF 15 minutes to process the van once Brooke decided to wait on him. All of this could have been avoided if she would have simply waited on him when he first walked up to the customer service desk. I would not recommend this company.
