  10/10 experience as a whole! Very fast, friendly, and professional! Also shout out to Alicia (I think that’s her name) she was very personable and kept us laughing. I don’t mind driving a little further to come to this location. Great job!!

  I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Brooke was incredibly helpful and welcoming when I picked up my rental car, and Mike made the return process smooth and easy. Their customer service truly stood out and made the entire experience stress-free. I enjoyed the rental so much that I actually ended up purchasing the same model vehicle I rented, a Jeep Wrangler! That says a lot about both the vehicle and the positive experience I had during the rental process. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

  I have previously given them a 5 stars but this recent rental has rubbed me the wrong way. I booked my rental 2 or 3 weeks prior to my vacation. I was allowed to book a rental at 12pm at this location. I pre-checked in online! I get there at 12:03 the girl outside is currently checking someone in. She told me they was closed and I informed her about the reservation she told me give her one second so I stood there. (I believe this is when they made sure to shut everything down). The dark skin guy walks out after me standing at the door for maybe 5mins. He kept saying they was closed and I asked why was I allowed to book at 12 and they close at 12. Why no one called me because I know they seen the reservation. They have called me before about a rental reservation (not having my car size) why wasn't it done today even after I pre-checked in. He slipped up and said we didn't have that size vehicle any way after looking at my reservation. So I said ohhh thats why you all didn't contact me because you didn't want to accommodate. IT WOULD OF TOOK 2 MINUTES TO CALL AND SAY HEY I SEE YOU CHECKED IN ONLINE WE CLOSE AT 12 SO IF YOU CAN GET HERE BEFORE THEN WE CAN GET YOU IN YOUR RENTAL! He kept trying to refer me to the airport on the opposite side of town and was going to be more expensive. They delayed me going out of town! I called customer service they told me they was getting in contact with the store manager and they will give me a call. Its been almost 2 weeks and nothing. This has been the only location I like to come to now I have to find another one.

  Dropped my rental off and forgot my firearm in the center console. Immediately realized this and turned around before even making it out to the highway. I was told that their policy was, when something like this is left inside the rental upon return, that they have to call the police in order for me to get it back. So I told him no problem, I just want my property back. He went to talk to his manager and the next thing I know he is walking out to the rental that I returned (which had not even moved from where I left it) and motioning for me to come over to the car. He then stated, “ I’m not supposed to let you get it back without notifying the police but if you give me $20 I’ll let you get it back and be on your way”. So I reached in the car and got my firearm back and told him it must not be policy if you’re trying to finesse money out of a customer to get their property back. Little does this idiot know, I am well tenured in the automotive world, and I have a lot of connections in this industry. And one connection just happens to be on the executive leadership team with Enterprise. I will make sure this person never works for enterprise again. Also, I will be requesting a branch audit due to the manager directing this individual to go against their company policy. He could have done this to a thousand other people and probably gotten away with it, but today, he chose the wrong one. I have the entire interaction on video. Enjoy your weekend, because Monday is going to be hell for this branch.

  Absolute nightmare dealing with this location and Enterprise all together. I walked in to pick up my car only to be informed that they were out of cars. It was 6 employees and only one was working. Someone could’ve called me before I paid an uber $25 especially when I walk in to see 5 employees doing nothing but talking amongst themselves. I completely understand demand being high on the weekends but Enterprise needs to set better standards in their establishments and update their app to reflect realtime inventory or turn it off during peak times if you can’t handle the volume. I’m sick of companies thinking I’m sorry for the inconvenience is acceptable when I’m losing time and money. Also, the music was very inappropriate for a family oriented business.
