    I was helped by a young man named Carson. He was very busy and handling the booths for 2 different companies. He had such a calm manner, was attentive and great at his job. The line moved fast and he provided exceptional support.

    Renting was tedious, having to go online as a requirement is just plain stupid. Should be there, bit should be able to just walk up and rent a car. Just like the good old days.drop off was super simple. Car was clean and in excellent working condition.

    If I could give this place a - 0 I freaking would! What an absolute freaking joke! Their Internet was down, so the supervisor walked to another enterprise to try sort things out, keeping everyone waiting forever. No sense of urgency or helpfulness. Was told that if we had a returning flight out of Montgomery, we could use a debit card but you had to return the car there. I called yesterday to make sure I could do this one way and was assured I could aslong as I had proof of flight. Supervisor said she couldn't do anything and didn't apologise for the miscommunication on their part or seemed to want to help at all. Just left us stranded. Had to figure out a different way to get to Tennessee that cost an absolute arm and a leg. Crap customer service and communication. Unhelpful as heck!

    The customer service was awesome and the return of the vehicle was easy. I truly appreciate how the customer service agent was very helpful and friendly and personable. He was professional and helpful treated every customer with respect and a smile.
