  We recently rented a car from the Enterprise location at the Montgomery, Alabama airport and had a great experience overall. The car was clean and drove well. We travel frequently for our son’s football games, so honestly, I’m not too picky when it comes to the vehicle itself, I just need something available, reliable and able to get us from point A to point B! What really stood out to me about this location though, was how quickly and professionally they handled a billing mix-up after our rental. I booked through Costco Travel at a great rate, returned the car at the Montgomery airport and caught our flight home with no issues. When we got home, I received the final invoice and noticed we had been charged nearly triple the amount we were expecting. Somehow, the system showed that we had returned the vehicle to a different airport, which substantially changed the price. I’ll admit, I panicked a little! I called Enterprise customer service, and since you can’t call the airport location directly, I was worried this was going to turn into a long process with multiple calls and follow-ups. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. Customer service contacted the Montgomery airport location about the mix-up and I was told we would be refunded. I checked the next day and saw that a refund had been issued, but the amount was still about $50 short. It wasn’t an astronomical amount, but enough to warrant another call. I contacted customer service once more and they submitted another request for the remaining credit. That same day, an employee from the Montgomery airport location personally called me, apologized for the mix-up, corrected the remaining balance on the spot AND gave us an additional credit for the inconvenience. The extra credit was completely unexpected but very much appreciated. Mistakes happen and for me, great customer service isn’t about everything going perfectly, it’s about how a company handles things when they don’t. This location handled the situation quickly, professionally and went above and beyond to make it right. If you’re flying into Montgomery, Alabama and need a rental car, I would absolutely recommend this Enterprise location. We’ll definitely use them again!

  Website and app say no after hour deliveries and hours listed to midnight, but no one available to take the car back caused a lot of confusion

  Big shout to Anthony!! Very nice and knowledgeable! Most importantly, he’s very helpful! So we rent a car from another state and the car has big issue and ended up being tow. The closest location is the Montgomery airport. So we came there and he assisted us. We got the car replacement right away and even better, we got an upgrade car. Great service!!
