  I’m not sure how anyone can give this location anything above a 1 star. Both the manager and clerk at the desk was unprofessional and was not assertive or helpful at all. My son and I walked in to rent a car and the guy gave us a run around with the process and needed to get clarification on their process in getting us into a vehicle. Then after the long wait he say he could not take my son Venmo debt card for the $50 deposit. Then after seeing ours was an insurance claim and that it’s pay in full for 17 days, the clerk went to the manager and showed him my son ID and the manager says we can’t get nothing off the lot but a mini van. When I noticed all this red tape I decided to walk out. These 2 guys inconvenienced us, I would never do business with enterprise again.

  Visited this location today after my car broke down in Montgomery, AL. I was told 3 different things. I was told they only a central to rent which was to small for 5 people but we were going to get it. It smell like Marijuana and was dirty. Then I was told I would have to pay all the money due renting with a debit card the deposit and cost of rental today and I was also told that if I rent a vehicle with a 3rd row I would need a credit card. Im very disappointed I had to wait for my daughter to driver 2 1/2 hours to come pick us up from Montgomery Al as I said my vehicle had broke down . This location need to do better . I guess they thought we were bums i guess not helpful at all and we explained we were trying to go to New Jersey. Oh I forgot the 4th thing we had to live within a 50 miles radius. So disappointed with this location and lack of concern is have never experienced anything like this from enterprise Ever.
