Both the manager and clerk at the desk was unprofessional and was not assertive or helpful at all. My son and I walked in to rent a car and the guy gave us a run around with the process and needed to get clarification on their process in getting us into a vehicle. Then after the long wait he say he could not take my son Venmo debt card for the $50 deposit. Then after seeing ours was an insurance claim and that it’s pay in full for 17 days, the clerk went to the manager and showed him my son ID and the manager says we can’t get nothing off the lot but a mini van. When I noticed all this red tape I decided to walk out. These 2 guys inconvenienced us, I would never do business with enterprise again.
