After over an hour and half finally had to settle for an SUV with insufficient storage capacity for our luggage and stroller. Only compensation was a half hearted apology and 10% off the cost of the rental. The whole trip was cramped and the limited storage capacity caused the rear view to be obstructed. 100% unacceptable. Would not use again nor recommend. Would actually give zero stars.

Alamo left me and another person without spares and bad tires, so we were sent here and I am out 3 hours and counting of time to deal with the issues. Between breach of contract and them having no worries about quickly helping people, this is a terrible location and terrible staff. The person in front of me waited for 4 1/2 hours to get her car and now they need to "prep" mine which will take over an hour longer. Can't speak worse about this terrible location.
