  This place is a joke. Numerous people waiting in line over an hour and are often dealing with the same frustrations at this location. Alamo left me and another person without spares and bad tires, so we were sent here and I am out 3 hours and counting of time to deal with the issues. Between breach of contract and them having no worries about quickly helping people, this is a terrible location and terrible staff. The person in front of me waited for 4 1/2 hours to get her car and now they need to "prep" mine which will take over an hour longer. Can't speak worse about this terrible location.

  The rental process was quick and easy. Staff were friendly, and the car was clean and fuel efficient.

  I filed a lost item report with an Alamo call center; I was told after filing it I would receive a call regarding collection of the lost item(s), but still have not received any notification by phone nor email. The total value of missing items is approximately $200 (a pair of ANSI 7.81+ rated safety sunglasses, and a handtool (can wrench) vital to my job) and know where in the vehicle I had forgotten to take with me upon return of the vehicle on Saturday, February 15th. Earlier this week, I had called the branch/location at Montgomery regional airport, and was on the phone with Alamo Customer Service multiple times. Until I would be returned the items, I cannot in good faith recommend Alamo rental services.
