- SFS FJul 25, 20265.0I called these folks about repairing/rebuilding my R680 transmission. I had already done some price checking to know just how much a rebuild might be. From the first phone call to the follow up call I made a couple of weeks after the service everyone there is courteous, genuinely friendly and wants to answer any question you have. Oliver and Glenn are both the most professional technicians and businessmen I have ever dealt with. The lady in the front office, Ashley I think, was super helpful and went over the top to help me the day I picked up my truck. My truck runs better than whrn it was new, no joke! I don't like spending that kind of money too often, but if I ever need transmission work in the future they will get my business again and again. Be proud of your team and shop, you got a great thing going on there! Scott

He diagnosed the problem and took my van to a shop that could fix the diagnosed problem, since it wasn't a transmission issue. We didn't have to take off work to handle this. He did it for us. There was little issue after we picked it up but they took care of it quickly! The truck drives like new with the rebuilt transmission. Definitely will bring any other vehicles from our fleet in if needed!
