  I dropped my 2023 Tundra off to have 2 safety recalls performed and also to have my tires rotated. Everything with the visit would have been perfect “IF”…. When the Service Adviser who notified me that my truck was ready… that had me pay for my tire rotation… Had he only walked out to check if the tire rotation had actually been done… Prior to walking out with me to give me a quote for a new set of tires before I left the dealership…. Only to find out that the tire rotation that I paid for had not yet been done, Service Adviser apologized and said he would have someone take care of it immediately, all the while I’m headed back to the customer waiting area…….

  I had to come in person to make a service appointment since no schedulers are employed to take calls. I noticed that the amenities like the popcorn machine and the hot chocolate machine in the customer lounge are no longer there with the new management apparently trying to save money wherever they can. Service on my car appears to be acceptable. I was a loyal customer of Palmer's since 2011. The new owners should be aware that other dealerships are available.

  I came in for the 80k factory recommended service, I made an appointment for it (I selected that as the reason online when i made it), I told them thats what I was here for, and they didnt do it. All they did was oil change and filters. I finally found on the receipt where they removed what I came in for and replaced it with just an oil change. I dont think i will be returning, I worry the new owner is too concerned with profit than customer service, and now my trust in them to do honest and quality work is shattered. The walls and shelves are all empty now, Gives the place quite a "shell of it's former self" vibe that they should fix. Also where the aquarium used to be is just an ugly water faucet and broken tiles. I reccomend either capping off the line, since I doubt they would ever install a new aquarium (im sure it took alot of work to maintain) or at the very least just putting something over it such as a podium where you can read about the latest vehicles.

  I’ve always had great experiences here. Even with last minute visits. My service light came on Friday afternoon, so I called hoping for an appointment within the next week. The service technician told me that they take walk ins between appointments on Saturdays. I got there at 7am Saturday morning, 7th in line of others getting service. I was out by 8:01a! They’re amazing!

  I had an appointment at 9:00 but I was there 5 hours for only an oil and transmission fluid change. I also asked for tires to be rotated. I bought them a few months ago at this dealership. I also wanted brakes checked. They were having trouble getting the lug nuts off that they had put on with my new tires that cost me about $1000. They wanted me to pay for replacement lug nuts which I was told were expensive. Needless to say brakes were not checked since tires couldn’t be removed. I was ready for some free popcorn and was really disappointed when I heard about removal of the popcorn station. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Springhill Toyota here I come.
