  So I went in ready to buy a vehicle. I had already seen that I liked at a fair price. Its a small dealer. The sales person asked what I was looking for. I said mid to large suv. So he shows me two vehicles. They were ok but overpriced by thousands. Then I asked questions about the posted vehicle. He shows me two xse. I asked him the price he said 28 to 30 thousand. I said I say one for less. He pretty much called me and idiot and went on trying to sell me what's on the lot. Nothing like thanks for comin in or can I get you number so when we get one ill call you nothing.

  I have exclusively used this location to purchase 4 vehicles and utilized them for service. Since transitioning from Palmers to Toyota of West Mobile the service has gone to crap. I purchased a battery for life that was offered and when the battery died, they used the alternator as the excuse to not honor replacing the battery. They took advantage of me being out of town and feeding my wife a line of crap. I am assuming the the brakes for life that I also purchased will not be honored because of brake dust or some other excuse. A loyal customer of over 20 years has been lost and I will never utilize them or recommend them to anyone going forward.

  Appointment at 1pm and at 3pm still had not been seen! Others who had arrived after me with no Appointment! Was told they have priority!! 2nd time ive asked to have my vehicle observed for a squeak and still have yet to have that done! Will be reporting to Toyota! Also the prices increased from $65 for oil change to $110 in 1 month! Edit to Add!! Once arriving back home I realized they didnt assemble my truck back together leaving parts off! Service manager wanted to cover it by offering me gas to come back! Also addressed the squeak again and he wanted to claim i had "aftermarket" skid plates under my truck that was bought BRAND NEW from toyota so wouldn't be covered... when toyota built my truck not me.... just stay away from these crooks

  It was the late afternoon, dark, and pouring down rain with some lightning thrown in. What sounds like a scary intro to a horror film was anything but. My experience was pleasant! DK Hairston was quick to greet me and my adult daughter. He’s new to Toyota West Mobile but not to the industry and it showed. He was professional, personable, and straightforward with the entire process. After test driving the 2026 RAV4 XSE Plug-In Hybrid and confirming it’s what we had wanted to purchase, I was in and out painlessly with a new Toyota vehicle ready to take a long road trip to Chicago to see our son graduate from the US Navy’s Great Lakes RTC NSI program for NROTC midshipmen candidates, then take him to Idaho to begin his college journey. Thank you DK! I highly recommend him to you! PS, Grant in finance was able to explain everything clearly with no pressure. I signed all the paperwork effortlessly and the keys were in my hand. Give Toyota West Mobile the opportunity to earn your business!

  Arrived at 9:00 to have work done. I was told by Caleb, a service advisor, that it would take 2 1/2 hours to complete the work. I wait at Toyota for 3 hours with no update. I find Caleb and request an update and he tells me that they just put my car on the lift. AFTER 3 HOURS of waiting. He then tells me that most of their mechanics have quit and they only have 3 mechanics that can work on cars. I asked Caleb why he didn’t let me know that they were just starting on my car or at least give an update? He said, “That is not an update and that’s how he treats all his customers.” Caleb then tells me he can just have them take my car down if I don’t want to wait. At this point I’ve already been waiting Caleb! I tell him that there is no need for his sarcasm. Another 45 mins go by then Caleb tells me that it will be $4500 to fix my car and the don’t have the parts and won’t have the parts for a week! I left at 1:00 with no work done on my car. They didn’t even check the tire pressure. Toyota of West Mobile has lost a customer!
