  We had a great experience with Springhill Toyota. Mr. Leonard Stradford is the best salesman in Mobile. He was patient, did not try to sell us something we did not want and very knowledgeable of every model. We are going to enjoy our Toyota Tacoma. If you need a car, suv or truck Mr. Leonard is your man.

  Given that I knew what I wanted (Toyota Crown Signia Ltd), it was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Their first offer was what I expected to end at, so I was good with it. I hadn’t planned to trade in my car but they made a reasonable offer which, with the lack of hassle, was great. Pretty laid back no pressure experience with Steve. He was good at explaining-everything from car to the process. I worked with Ashley for the financing part. Although she was obligated to explain all the add ons, she put no pressure on us and went over everything to expect. Great jon, Steve!

  Thankyou to Matthew ( Salesman ) Ashley ( Finance ) and John ( Manager) for making my purchase of the 2023 Toyota Highlander Platinum as pleasant as possible. I wanted to buy my wife a great dependable nice car and so far it's been great. Took it on a short trip yesterday and we are pleased how comfortable the trip was .

I promise to recommend Blake and Springhill TOYOTA to anyone I know because I'm blessed just to know Blake enough to donate all my future refered customers bonuses money back into, maybe someday if needed, a created Springhill TOYOTA "Customer Service Deal-Msrker Excellence Fund" to keep folks like Blake Moore always on the job.

  I had an extremely negative experience purchasing a vehicle from this location. The salesman, “Mike”, (Ahmad Yousef) was neither very helpful nor responsive. The only reason I continued with the sale was because I was in a bind after my previous car was unexpectedly totaled following a minor accident. The finance team member, Andrew, provided poor service as well. He became defensive when I asked questions during the signing process. The car that I purchased needed a part replaced and the service department could not provide a time frame for the arrival of the part or how long it would take for the repair. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience.
