  Morgan Taggart goes above and beyond the call of duty. The dealership has antiquated Policies. For payment they will not take credit card or debit cards over $5000. You can take the vehicle while you consider purchasing but if you pay for 70% of the vehicle they will not let you take the vehicle for five days for the remaining balance to be transferred. Even if you live and work in the same city. With all that being said I will purchase my next vehicle with Morgan Taggart Even if she still works there.

  10/10 experience! We are so glad we chose to work with Ryan when purchasing our new vehicle. With our wedding coming up in October, we have been juggling a lot of expenses and decisions, so finding the right vehicle was a big deal for us. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process and went out of his way to make everything as simple as possible. What stood out the most was how personable and accommodating he was. He was easy to communicate with, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and made sure we never felt like just another customer. He made the whole experience enjoyable instead of overwhelming, and that really meant a lot to us during such a busy time in our lives. We truly appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us. If you are looking for someone who is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about his customers, we highly recommend Ryan. We would definitely return to him for future vehicle purchases!

  I cannot say enough good things about my fiancées and my experience working with Ryan Farrell! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the entire car-buying process as smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible. He was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood everything, and never made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. It is not every day that you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they have a great experience, but he absolutely did. His communication, honesty, and dedication truly stood out, and we could not have asked for a better person to work with. If you are in the market for a vehicle, we highly recommend asking for Ryan!   I had a great experience working with Morgan at Hoover Toyota. She was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. I purchased my 2026 Toyota 4Runner from out of state, and she made everything easy and straightforward. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend asking for Morgan if you’re looking for a new Toyota!

  Great experience at SpringHill Toyota in Mobile. I was in the market for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and I wanted the Blueprint color. This was a tall order because there was no vehicle like that to be found in this area. Jack was my sales agent. He worked really hard to find me exactly what I wanted. He found one being made at the factory some snagged it. Plus he got us the black rims instead of the silver ones that came with the suv. Jack was very nice, professional and proficient regarding the entire process. Also we got a good price. Everyone was awesome at SpringHill Toyota. Thanks a bunch!!!
