  Call every where to find windshield, couldn’t find one . Got in touch with them they had and was able to get to me in a timely matter.

  I had scheduled for a tech to come to my house to replace the passenger door window on my 06 2500 hd. He was very nice and respectful and helpful but under trained and I litterally stood there the whole time trying to help him to understand how to put the regulator back on the metal track like the other highly experienced tech was trying to tell him over the phone how to do it. Then he gave up and admitted he doesnt know what he is doing. But luckily the managers at the shop allowed me to bring the window to the shop and was able to schedule me in so it can get fixed same day and it only took the tech on the shop 20 minutes to do the job. That it took to under trained mobile tech 1.5 hoirs to try and understand. I didnt wanna touch anything incase if it broke it wouldn't be covered by safelite. He seemed confused and didnt comprehend qhat qas being told to him over the phone even when I did and was trying to help explain what to do. Thabks to the shop for being amazing and maybe need to get more experienced techs to do the mobile jobs and under experienced in the shop where they have more resources for help

  Safelite repair Safelite replace. I have literally been singing that every time I get in my car. The gentleman that worked on my car was so professional I feel like he needs to be used to train other people. It's hard to be down the Earth and professional yet he was exactly that. My insurance company quoted me $6,600 to fix the repairs. My repair was not 10% of that. They also look out for veterans and Military members. After hearing the quote that the insurance company gave me I was terrified but when they came out I was so relieved. Also I would like to add that the quote that they gave me over the phone was the exact quote as a matter of fact even less once they showed up. I was flabbergasted with excitement.
