- 7B70 BamaMay 4, 20261.0I've used Safelite on three different occasions and wasn't completely satisfied. On my wife's car they left glass pieces in the door that rattled occasionally. Just laziness as far as I'm concerned. On my truck I had the windshield replaced because of a chip in front of the driver. The new windshield was defective and looked warped. The road tech installed it anyway instead of calling the shop to tell them. They replaced it again with another defective windshield. Finally after confronting a district manager they finally got one installed that didn't look warped. They stood behind their warranty but oh what a hassle. That has been a while ago maybe two years ago or so . The reason why I'm leaving a review now is because I thought I would give them another chance. Tried contacting them on the phone to get a window replaced and all I could get was a computer and then some person probably out of state that didn't know anything about my vehicle even though the insurance company had already confirmed they sent the info .😨🤔 Got fed up with the whole experience and called Auto Glass Now and got an appointment to have it replaced the next day. When I called them I actually got to talk to a real person .....😁
