- AAAmandatoday5.0Shane was very professional. Communicated to me when he was OTW, upon arrival, explained what he would be doing, and follow up communication upon completion.
- ASAmy SullivanOct 8, 20265.0I have used safelite for years and been very pleased with the service. I just recently used the mobile service where they come to your home. I had my windshield replaced. I was impressed with entire process. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Safelite!
- CLCarl LynaumSep 27, 20265.0The technician Jordan did a great job communicating and also great work. He called way before my scheduled appoint and let me know he had earlier openings. I had a horrible looking windshield and satellite charged me $300 with new wipers and a lifetime warranty.
- RWRaylene WelchSep 21, 20265.0I called my vehicle insurance company Progressive to see if I had windshield chip coverage they said yes and directed my call to Safelite they scheduled me an appointment the same day. The technician texted me 30 minutes before his arrival and when he arrived he was vey professional and knowledgeable he did a wonderful repair on our vehicle’s windshield and I would highly recommend Safelite.
- GCG. CookSep 17, 20261.0Not Recommended. I opted not to get service from safelite due to their bait and swicth pricing scheme. I called around and got quotes. Went online with safelite and found great options and a $45 dollar discount... awesome i thought. Once i filled out the appt information the price jumped by $39.99, a recycling fee. A fee not included not sure why but i can say the addition fee makes their pricing less competitive. I expect honesty from beginning to end. Obiviously the first price quoted was a lie. Plain and simple. How am i supoosed to trust anything spoken and / or written thereafter? Perhaps better not to chance it :(.
