Good on them for making things right, but it shouldn’t take 4 trips to the shop and a bad google review. Will continue to take my car here; thanks to their stand up service. Original review: Have had a great experience here the last 15 years, (since this was Trax) but after my last visit I will not be returning here. Had struts & 2 tires replaced. 1 tire was put on the wrong wheel (which was quickly rectified, so I'll give credit where it's due) but when my car was returned to me it was making loud noises like maybe the part was incorrect or something wasn't put back together properly. I brought this up and was dismissed so now I am having to go to the Toyota dealership to deal with this problem, after already spending a paycheck at Mavis.
