I went in for a tire appointment first thing this morning and wasn't sure what to expect since their computer systems were not working properly. Even so, the guys were super friendly and got my info. They kept me updated and still managed to get everything done quick despite the computer issues. They stayed calm and helpful under pressure. I really appreciated how they handled themselves. I'll be back next time!

I brought my own brand-new tires to this shop on June 30, 2026, and paid to have them mounted and balanced. After weeks of severe vibration that progressively got worse, I returned on August 3. At that visit Kayy told me they had not properly balanced the tires when they were installed. She apologized, said they were "not even close" to balanced, called the situation dangerous, said "someone was getting written up", and said she was glad I brought the truck back.
The shop finally balanced the tires, but the vibration continued. After driving on tires that had been improperly balanced for over a month, another tire professional explained that the tires had likely developed cupping, scalloping, or internal damage. When I returned to the shop on August 9, I was told there was nothing they could do and that the problem was basically mine to deal with.
These were brand-new tires before they touched them. The shop admitted the balancing was not done correctly, but refused to take responsibility for the damage that resulted. Very disappointed with how this was handled and with the lack of accountability after admitting the mistake.
