Frank took the time to go over everything with me, and gave me a quote on additional repairs my car needed. Him and the guys in the shop were very thorough, and polite. I would recommend them to anyone with tire needs.

Today I had a low pressure warning popup while driving home (a Friday evening) I pulled over and discovered a screw in my tire. I brought it in to Mavis on government an hour before closing and Frank didn’t bat an eye he asked for my keys and which tire was the issue. Then Scott went to work and had my tire fixed in probably 25 minutes or less even with other cars in the bays. These guys are pros at their work, but also put the customers first. I feel like my vehicle is taken care of when I come here so I tell everybody in Mobile “if you need anything done tire-related or even minor mechanic maintenance done, go to Mavis on government”

The employee(s) changed my tires quickly and did an OUTSTANDING job. I was really stressing out about my situation with my tires. I had a nail/screw in my back tire and the lady employee pointed out that I had a crack/slice in the front tire. I'm glad she saw it because I only knew about the back tire. Whew!!! Kudos & Job Well Done to the Mavis Tires & Brakes CREW!!!!
