  This is my second year using the Lexus of Mobile service center. My Lexus is a 2011 and I did not purchase it at this dealership. When I get my annual service however, I am always treated as if I purchased my vehicle at this dealership. It is always an amazing experience, very efficient and they never try to upsell you on something else unless you actually need the service done. This dealership has earned my trust and that is very hard to earn with me due to past bad experiences. Liz was awesome, very helpful and I will continue to use this dealership for all my Lexus needs.

  This visit to the dealership was my first time working with my new service rep, Jessika. Sudden change is usually challenging, but Jessika made the transition seamless! She was very courteous and professional with a personal touch that felt genuine. Although there was a delay with the rim repair company, Jessika stayed on top of tracking their work until the rims were repaired and my car returned to the dealership. When I returned to pick up my automobile, Jessika walked out with me to inspect the rim repair to make sure I was satisfied with the work; I was very satisfied. I’m looking forward to working with Jessika when I take my automobile in for service. Thanks Jessika.

  From start to finish on buying from y’all I was very pleased. I had the deal on the car done before I even got there Mrs Roslyn (the deal lady) she was very easy to work with very polite and professional and very responsive, and got us the deal we wanted. She handed us off to Moose (the caretaker)he took very good care of us letting us drive and check the car out. Then we moved on to Mr Thomas (the money man) he talked with us about the figures and lead us on the right directions for gap insurance, and things like this. Was not pushy did not try and make us get something we did not feel like we needed. Last but not least, Mr Jessie (The Teacher) took the time to show my wife how to use the functions of the car, and was hilarious when doing so. The only problem I had was I did not get a camo hat. Y’all were great. I would definitely recommend your dealership to all my friends and family. Thanks agin!!!

  This location always, always always offer five star service. I have been dealing with them for almost 20 years, through two Lexus ownerships and they have always been on top of it. My most recent purchase had to be done in Huntsville because Mobile's location didn't have the car that I wanted in the color that I wanted listed on their site and I was unable to get additional information on what they had available. I did still try to reach out to a salesman at this location and the salesman said he would have to call me back about the purchase I wanted to make but he didn't call back for 2-3 weeks. By that time I had already made my purchase in Huntsville. But that is the only negative experience I have ever had there. Definitely stop by to see them if you want A1 service 99.9 percent of the time which is a better track record than the success of birth control. Ha! Ha! Visit Lexus of Mobile. It's worth it.

  While visiting Navarre Beach, FL, my Lexus picked up a nail in a tire and a patch was not an option. Thankfully, the tire was under road hazard warranty but the nearest Lexus Service Center was Lexus of Mobile. Knowing that in a few days we would be traveling back to Arkansas and not trusting a spare tire to get us home safely, I called Lexus of Mobile to speak to a service scheduler. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, but he was nice and very helpful. After he took my information and verified that a matching Michelin tire was available, we headed to Mobile. From the moment we entered the service center, we were treated like we were so kindly and valued. Hats off to Ernie! He made sure we were kept informed on the service timeline, and that we were comfortable in the waiting area. I’m sure he also expedited the service. Ernie, we made back to Arkansas with no problems. Thanks so much for your caring attitude.
