Micheal was an excellent service consultant! He was professional, friendly and easy to deal with on each of our concerns. Our rental was clean and Michael took the time to explain how the bells and whistles worked in the newer model Lexus. The service staff were through and documented all the work that they did. Very impressed with the whole process. Probably the best service we’ve had in the 5 years that we’ve been using them to service our suv.

I can’t blame Micheal for the mechanic mistakes but I can blame Micheal for telling me the lame excuses for why perfectly 2022 Lexus rx was shaking so bad as if was about to shut off after I received it back from them and then only to find out that the person working on my vehicle left a hose unhooked. After paying so much for a routine oil change they almost tore up my vehicle. If I hadn’t brought it back immediately I really don’t think they would have taken the blame for my vehicle because of the crazy excuses they gave after just having my vehicle. First he said the shaking could have been from me getting my tires rotated and then after sitting in my vehicle he said feels like the engine is misfiring and the engine light should be on and finally they concluded that sometime mice could have been chewing on the wring in my vehicle and that could be why it’s shaking so but remind you guys I just got it back with everything working properly and nothing wrong and now it’s rats that may have gotten to the wiring. Will have to think twice before going back to this dealership.

I want to start by saying I have used Lexus of Mobile for the last 18.5 years! I have been pleased with my services up until recently! I scheduled my car for an oil change with tire rotation and balance! The maintenance light had come on and I scheduled accordingly! My daughter took my car in for appointment! She states she didn’t give her phone number and the service department contacted me which was fine! My consultant called and asked me what exactly we were doing and I told him the maintenance light came on and he told me it was for the tires and time wise, it was time for an oil change but not mileage wise! Since it had been greater then 10 months , I said just do them both. Clear instructions given! My appointment was at 1130! I was called at 1221 and asked what we were doing! Which means my car had been at scheduled appointment for almost an hour before it was ever taken to the back! Again this is a scheduled appointment and not a walk in! I assumed after my clear instructions that an oil change, tires rotated and balanced and and a free multi point inspection was done! Only an oil change was done! My car was there for almost 4 hours!!!! The tires were not rotated and balanced as I asked and had put down on appointment when I scheduled it! While yes they did the oil change as courtesy, I was not made aware of that nor was I made aware that what I asked for via appointment scheduling not actual verbal conversation with my consultant wasn’t done! It was not until less that 14 hours and 58 miles I had a tire to basically blow out! Initially, I was going to have the car towed to Lexus because I assumed they did my tire as I asked. I called the service department and then I was told we didn’t touch your tires because the better tires were on front all ready! I was then told the breaks were low and will
Need to be replaced soon! Upset…. That’s an understatement…. I was then told the oil change was done as a courtesy because of the time it took and regardless, I should have been notified of ALL events! There wasn’t anything to hit the tire nor no evidence of any damage per the tow truck driver nor the tire service personnel where tires were all replaced! They all said the tires were in good shape and if a multi point inspection was completed the day before, if it were any concerns about your tires, they should have told you! Then, as tires were being replaced, it was apparent my drivers side front tires lug nuts were damaged and would have to be broken and replaced! I was asked were were tires done and they were purchased and placed by Lexus! I called my consultant on Monday, told him my concerns abd stated I’d be there for them to fix the tim and put new tire on! My consultant did apologize for events! Even though I was there for over two hours, the job got done! I am hoping this is the last negative experience I will have with Lexus of Mobile!

My car broke down while I was on a trip from New Orleans to Fairhope, AL. I had it towed to Lexus of Mobile. Ernie, our service rep, got started on the car at 3 in the afternoon even though I had never been to Lexus of Mobile and didn’t have an appointment. He arranged for me to get a rental car from the Toyota dealer next door. I had been unable to secure a rental from three national rental car companies. My wife and I were able to get home safely. Ernie called me at 7:30 the next morning, an hour before the service department opened, to tell me they had determined the problem and when the car would be ready. Everything went smoothly and Ernie kept me updated on progress. I was totally pleased with my experience at Lexus of Mobile and Ernie.
