Warning!!!! Stay away!!! Honestly, I wouldn’t even give him a one star I’d give him a zero star. They want to charge you for things that they say they’re not going to charge you for and then they won’t give you your car until you pay it and you have to go off on them. If I had a choice, I would get a lawyer involved, but I am at this point just don’t even care stay away. Don’t go near them. Don’t go to them for Service) go somewhere else worst Company ever.

I will never take my vehicle here to be serviced again. The lack of communication and the amount of time for it to be serviced was horrible. I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic. This took 7 working business days to complete a diagnostic which was absurd! The amount of calls and messages during this time that I left to find out why it was taking so long was never returned. When I finally was able to speak with Johnathan he did apologize for taking so long but he had a 100 cars ahead of me. If that was the case I should’ve been informed of this kind of delay so that I could have taken my vehicle somewhere else. One of the issues they said they couldn’t duplicate the code is still having the same problem. Also they broke a piece of interior trim and never said anything about it. I live an hour away and will drive past this place and take it to another dealership every single time then take it here again! This is the worse place I have ever been too and I do not recommend them for services!

I had an exceptional experience working with Prince Westry at Hyundai in Mobile, AL. From start to finish, Prince was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire car buying process smooth and stress-free. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out, and I can confidently say he is the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend Prince Westry to anyone looking for a great car buying experience
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership two months ago and within the first few days, discovered a significant coolant leak, the brake rotors needed to be replaced, and that the oil hadn’t been changed despite being charged an $1,800 reconditioning fee. Based on the condition of the car, it’s unclear what reconditioning was actually performed. I understand it's a used vehicle and there will be problems, but it would've been nice to know about some of the hidden issues.
I was also told I would receive a second key, the missing door‑handle trim, and carpet floor mats that were removed, but after multiple follow‑ups with both the salesman and the dealership, none of these items have been provided.
I recognize that I should have had these promises written into the deal instead of relying on verbal assurances. However, clearer communication and follow‑through from the dealership would have made a significant difference.

Would give 0 starts if I could ! Be aware of this in place ! My motor started having engine noise and then started running hot out of nowhere .. next day the head gasket blows ! Hyundai recently was providing a warranty for engine noise . Told them exactly what was going on with my car and they assured me it was covered under the warranty . Dropped it off November 2025 , was drove off the trailer . Fast forward to now April 2026 they call me and tell me it isn’t covered because they can’t crank the car up to hear the engine noise and can only go by the codes when I asked them why it couldn’t be started they said the motor was seized up ???? Ok well it wasn’t when I dropped it off , absolutely no explanation how that happened just a owell attitude. I sent my husband to pick it up today and even though they are the ones who seized the motor up offered no help loading it .. in the process of my husband and friend trying to load it ( battery completely dead and won’t charge even though I bought a brand new battery before it was dropped off ) the keys get locked in the car and they have the audacity to say we have to pay $30 for a key to get into it .. then finally because hes been there for hours decides he will do that and now they are out of keys . So we are having to waste more money on a lock smith . Keep in mind we live hours from this place so already an extreme inconvenience.. and all the manager has to say .. I didn’t work here when it was dropped off . If anyone knows how to get in touch with a regional manager I would love the information. Ridiculous!
