  So I RESERVED a Truck at Enterprise Truck Rental...and you know I reserved because I had something important to do ( thats why I reserved the truck ahead of time .....when I got to the location im informed that you dont have the truck I reserved or no trucks like it ....the associate said she tried to call ....she said it sounded like someone picked up but no answer (OK).... Try Again LEAVE A MESSAGE TEXT ME ,...EMAIL.....so you wait until the time for me to pick the truck up to inform me that you dont have my truck😤😡 again I would not have reserved the truck if I didn't need it ....so if you couldn't get me the first time ...LEAVE A MESSAGE, TEXT ME ,CALL ME AGAIN ,I RESERVED THE TRUCK BECAUSE YOU TOLD ME YOU HAD IT..... the info you gave me when I walked in about having to send the trucks out to be fixed because of a recall lets me know you did have the truck when I reserved it ....just let me know up front my time is just as valuable as your time ...Im most upset because you did little to try to contact me ....it tells me that to you "IM NOT IMPORTANT"
