Reserved a truck for 8 the next morning. They called me the night before to confirm and said they might have to upgrade to a bigger truck. I didn't have a problem with it. They called at 7:30 am and said the truck needed to be serviced and would be ready around 9 and they'll call me later with an update or when it's ready. I called at 9 and they said it just came out of the shop for a recall but still needed to be serviced. I asked about the upgrade and he said he couldn't do that I asked how long and he said he'd find out and call me back. 10 o'clock no word, canceled the reservation. My truck has been in the shop, delayed because of parts. I really needed to get a few things done. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
