  My agent L.D. was excellent. Polite, courteous, helpful and friendly... I met him at the mcvay location earlier this year and he was the same.... I like how calm the airport location was so I may very well change my pickup location even though the mcvay office is a whole lot closer to my address... the return agent was thorough and swift during checkout/ return.. he was also a very nice guy, he double checked to make sure we didn't leave any personal items behind...I was thankful for the smooth experience..keep up the good work guys.

  The staff was nice, professional, and helpful from the checkout process to the checkin process. Checkout was very quick and the car was readily available. The only suggestion I have is to get better signage for where to park when returning the vehicle. The staff in the return area was friendly as well.

  I would borrow a horse and carriage before I ever rent from Enterprise again. Rented a car from the airport in Mobile Alabama. Get into Evergreen Alabama and the ac goes out. It’s 98 degrees outside. I called customer service (no customer service) they send us to Greenville to pick up a replacement. Greenville (with a horrible attitude) tells us they can’t swap the car because they are on a different system than the airport and they never received a message from customer service. He calls the Montgomery Airport and tells them he is sending us there. After waiting in line for close to 20 minutes the guy at the counter says no one called him. I tell him that I heard Greenville make the call to them. He goes and talks to someone else and tells us he will be out to speak with us. The guy that is supposed to be speaking to us goes and talks to other coworkers about when they went out together. He finally twists over to where we are and tells us they don’t have a switch for us but we can take the car to Mavis and have them look at the ac. Wow! Why am I the customer taking a vehicle for maintenance? I asked to speak with someone over him. He said I could email Kevin but he said he probably won’t answer you. He gives us an address to take it to. (See pics) The guy there says no he doesn’t fix cars for Enterprise. I called the Enterprise on Airport Blvd near the pickup location in Mobile. The guy there hands the phone up in my face. After he tells me that there is no phone at the airport for the employees to accept calls on. I saw the guy last night on a phone. I asked for the number for the district manager and he hangs up on me. I call a second Mavis location and they tell me that their machine is not working to test the ac. Call the customer service back and they tell me to call Roadside Assistance and see if they can help me swap the car out. I am completely done with Enterprise. I will pay the high rates at Hertz and receive better treatment. The place they sent me to was unsafe and I have medical issues that were triggered by the heat.

  Assistant Manager, Latesha "Tish" Hughes, at Mobile Regional Airport's Enterprise location made a miracle happen. We had a seat beat malfunction in our original rental out of New Orleans and she swapped us out of it, and placed us into a functioning new Mazda in less than 20 minutes once she verified we were who we were supposed to be. THANK YOU FOR OPTIMAL SERVICE, Ms. Tish!!
