- KMKrystal McCrimmonJul 17, 20262.0Booked a 15 passenger van a couple months in advance. Pickup was a Thursday, they called me Tuesday evening to confirm I still needed it. I responded yes, and I also tried to move the reservation to pick it up Wednesday evening before closing so we could have it and just head to where we were traveling too. They said they couldn't do that. Cool. I confirm that it will be ready Thursday morning at 8am because that was my reservation slot, they verbally confirm it will be there and ready. As I am about to arrive, the location calls me at 8am on the head to ask if anybody called me WEDNESDAY evening to inform me that the van wouldn't be ready. I say no. I also inform them about the convo from Tuesday evening where they confirmed that the rental would be there. They say they can have it ready by NOON. I'm like that defeats the purpose of a reservation right? She claimed she would make it right when I came back, however it was a different lady in office when I returned it. And by the time the original person I had previously dealt with came in, I had already check out and paid. I watched about 4-5 people come in with reservations, be turned around and told to come back at noon. I understand not being able to control when people bring the vehicles back. But I do think there is a better way of alerting the customers BEFOREHAND. I also contacted Enterprise to voice my concern. Nobody ever reached out to talk to me afterwards.
