    Miss Whitney Combs from the I65 service rd branch in Mobile Alabama assisted me and she was awesome. She was very courteous and professional. I am truly thankful that you have personnel like her that you employ. It really makes the rental experience great.

    I arrived via Uber to pick up my rental vehicle, only to find no one at the front counter. After waiting 6–10 minutes, I was finally told that my reservation would not be available until 12:00 noon. No one called or notified me in advance. To make matters worse, I could clearly see two of the exact units I reserved sitting behind the gate. Now I have to pay for another Uber to get back home. All I received was “I’m sorry.” This was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete inconvenience. I relied on my confirmed reservation and expected better communication and service. Very disappointing experience — I will not be using Enterprise again.
