  L.D was very helpful with making sure we got are rental in a fast and professional way he helped me with my insurance and was very respectful I will be going back to the enterprise on government for any future car rentals

  Well, I like this place ,Mobile, because I like Sunday drop offs and their open. The car i was given was not the best rental. Lets just say It was super used. But the workers were very nice and understanding. So I would give them a 5 and the equipment a 3 which helped me with making this an overall 4 rating.

  I liked the fact that Mega, at the Government St rental, helped me switch my initial vehicle mdue to it malfunctioning. The store didn't have any vehicles initially, because it was Spring Break. Megan called me the next morning after a vehicle had been returned, and this made my day. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy. I really appreciate her for helping me. She was also there to help me when I returned the vehicle. Megan is a great employee!

  Megan Henderson is amazing! I came in a few weeks ago and she made my experience so easy and got me on the road so I could make it to my first two presentations (in two different cities!) with a new company on time! I was having a DAY after another rental company had let me down and I really appreciated her trust and kindness more than anything. Because of her I will definitely choose Enterprise the next time I need a rental.

  I always had a great experience at this location. However, now they have a whole new staff and no one attempted to hwlp switch out our van for a compatible van. The representative offered absolutely no help with a swap. Very disappointed in service.
