    I was recently in an automobile accident and called this location to secure a mid-sized vehicle. I called ahead to ensure that there would be a mid-sized vehicle available to me. When I arrived, it took about 10 minutes to get up to the counter. Carter greeted me and was very nice. He verified my information and another guy showed me out to my car. It was a beaten up, raggedy Toyota Corolla. I quickly let him know that I was looking for a mid-sized car and he told me that was a mid-sized car. When I got in it, the floorboard was worn down to the metal. It smelled a little bit like cigarette smoke and it had a burn mark in the center console. I asked him if there was anything else available and he said I have a CX-6 and he pointed to another beaten up car. They looked like something that would be on a buy here, pay here a lot. The gas cap was ripped off and when he opened the door it smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that I physically recoiled. After telling me that it was either going to be the Corolla or the CX-6, I asked him if there were any other options. He told me no, there were 30 cars out for an oil change. They need a coordinator or someone else managing this lot. How in the world do you have that many cars out for an oil change? No wonder they didn't have anything available. The guys were super nice, but they were sweating profusely because it is extremely humid in the building. They need a dehumidifier and stat. I would never rent from Enterprise again. The car was so bad that I had to trade it in at the airport location. I arrived and Lucas greeted me promptly, but I could tell as soon as I was a couple of minutes into the conversation that he was not going to have a mid-sized car either. He showed me out to a Nissan Versa and it did not smell like cigarette smoke so even though it was a baseline car and I was going from a Lexus ES, it was a far cry from that, but I'll take basic over stinky and raggedy, any day. It literally had a key to enter the car and to start the car. Lucas was the only bright spot in this whole disastrous scenario. Next time, I will demand Hertz.

    Enterprise delivered. I had booked a reservation and pre-registered. A similar model car was ready, and worked like a charm. I will come back for my next rental

    Great service. They were very busy but I'm sure it's because they were very good. They have a big staff there that turns over the cars really fast. And when I got there in my car didn't have a good cold air conditioner and they fixed it and put me in a different one. They were very helpful the car was reliable. I would definitely use them again.

    Very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I made a same day reservation, received confirmation, and arrived at the location expecting the vehicle to be ready. However, the representative told me there were no cars available and denied the rental entirely. It is extremely frustrating to rely on a confirmed reservation only to find out it means nothing when you arrive. This caused a major inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of time and money. A reservation should guarantee availability, not leave customers stranded at the counter.

    Coming from someone who has used rentals since becoming an adult and now in my late 30's this was the worst experience with a rental company ever, will not use again at any location. Called location 30 mins before reservation time(1.5 hrs before they close) to let them know we were running behind because our child had an allergic reaction we were tending to. Employee stated it wouldn't be a problem and made no mention of what time they closed. We get on the road to pick up the van, and as I'm getting directions, I see they are about to close. I called them 15 mins before closing time to double check if we'd still be good or to go ahead and process the rental, no answer for the entire 15 mins until they closed. We get to the location and there is still two employees on site, one on the computer and one scrolling their phone. This is important because I had spoken to corporate on the way over and they sent a message to the location before we arrived. I spoke to one of them who tells me there is nothing he can do because conveniently all area managers are in Auburn and does nothing whatsoever to be helpful. This location/company and its employees decided ruining my kids birthday trip was more important than offering any customer service or assistance of any kind. If I could leave negative stars I would, 100% do not recommend! Their condescending tone and repeated scripted responses made the entire situation worse. This company was my first experience with how horrid customer service has devolved with forced obsolescence by removing the humanity that built this company. The restrictions that are being place on the employees by technological and AI based procedures is exactly what profit over people is intending to do by making the customer experience so horrific the only choice is to replace humans with machines. Machines because they are always available and would allow pick up after reservation time. All because the humans just wanted an easier job and allowed their power to be taken from them. The only repeated response we heard was "Our systems won't allow that".
