  First time buying a car. Malcolm and Mitchell made it very quick and easy. Also really appreciate Ethan for all the helpful insight too. Went in about 90% sure on the car I wanted. Told him what I was looking for in a car and recommended the exact same car. Let me test drive a couple cars that really weren’t on my radar but they were definitely very nice. For my only day off and being open on July 4th and needing to drive off with a car that very day, I’m very thankful to them for being open and and making it a very pleasant experience.

  Staff were extremely helpful! Shout out to Smiley for doing everything he could to get me exactly what I needed! Management was also amazingly friendly, helpful and informative. I really felt heard, seen and valued!

  We highly recommend the Mobile office staff was so attentive throughout our entire purchase Dereck was our salesman we couldn’t have ask for any one more professional also want to give a shout out to Ocean Springs rental service that called Dereck and put us in contact with each other

  Overall, the salesman that I was put with which is name is Pedro. He is a good guy, but I don’t want the overall report of the dealership to reflect on his good work that he put in. I am a repeating customer. I have three vehicles from Enterprise that I have bought, but the overall quality of the dealership from cleaning the vehicles to the customer service to the non-information that wasn’t given the quality of the dealership is significantly down from what I’m used to when I bought the previous two vehicles from that dealership from giving a dirty rental in between purchases of vehicles to getting a new vehicle that was giving to me dirty unwashed the vehicle still had trash on the inside of it, there’s a certain quality and standard that needs to be uphill with this dealership and you just can’t be passing people vehicles that are not completely clean, but my salesman Pedro. The quality of his work is 100% above 100% if it was not for him enterprise would not be getting my business for a third time.

  My Salesman Derek Rose was the best, most patient, intensive, funny, and passionate Salesman I have ever done businesses with during the process of purchasing a car. This is my second time shopping with Enterprise, my first experience was great but he made my second visit an even better experience. Mr. Rose took me and my husband by surprise by prioritizing and executing wants and needs of my idea vehicle. My apologies Derek I missed the 3 Question Survey I didn’t know it would expire. I was too busy enjoying my car 😂.
