  This is the second SUV I've purchased from the Enterprise Car Sales team. The first time, Kendra and her sales support team provided me with a professional and efficient experience. For this second purchase, I was assisted by Janee. She, her sales support team, and the management made the experience pleasant, welcomed and exceptional. Janee and her team ensured I drove away in the car I had chosen, and everything was wrapped up in roughly 2–3 hours. I highly recommend Janee; her expertise and the way she treats customers are truly unique and efficient.

  I saw Pedro and my experience was wonderful. The process was about 2 hours and painless. He made sure I was comfortable and it wasn’t stressful. He also cares that you leave in a car you actually like. Everyone at the dealership was really nice. I would recommend anyone get a car from them! It’s been a month and I still love my car and no issues!

  From the moment we came to the car lot, we were taken care of! I had an amazing experience at Enterprise car sales! Amazing customer service, they answered all my questions, and made the buying process simple and easy to walk through. They genuinely care about their buyers and I had no complaints or issues with reaching out to them or with paperwork. They were willing to get me a car from Pensacola and bring it to the car lot so I could rest drive it and I loved it! Shout out to Smiley Ethan, and Derick for their amazing work. Thank you to the entire Enterprise Car Sales team!!! 5/5 stars!

  Found the experience of shopping and completing the purchase of an Enterprise Car Sales in Mobile vehicle very refreshing. We contacted Derek initially on recommendation from Mathew (excellent customer service also) at the Daphne-Fredericks Blvd rental office. Derek introduced us to Malcolm who was stellar. Refreshing, no pressure experience: attentive to our needs with great questions. Made sure both Mitch and Ethan were introduced & engaged as we reviewed options and completed investigations. Took less than 4 hours to find and sign. Highly recommend the office, the team, and especially Malcolm.

  I came in planning to buy a car and had a pre-approval in hand. I knew which car I wanted. Before we did anything, I told her I would want to go to lunch to think it over before making a final decision and she said that was fine. The manager Zach kept trying to upsell me and get me to try other models and when I told them I wanted to think about it and come back after lunch, the manager just kept arguing with me. I told them at least five times I didn't want to make a decision right that second and he continued to say there must be something with the car I wasn't liking if I didn't want to make a decision after I repeatedly told them I just wanted to think it over. They even followed me to my car when I was leaving and called me after I left. They were extremely pushy and made me feel like they were holding me hostage. I will be buying elsewhere.
