  This location is nothing but a liar. I went inside of the store and whoever checked me out a black African-American man straight up, lied to me and told me when I checked out that he could not change my phone number or my name saying I have to call customer service just straight up lied to me cause I went to a different AutoZone in Tim’s corner and they was able to do it just fine. TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER !!!!

I came in for a battery check, and David’s attention to detail immediately caught a dangerous battery leak that could have caused major damage or a safety hazard. ​He prioritized my safety above all else, thoroughly explained the situation, and gave me clear, professional guidance on the next steps. His honesty, care, and high level of professionalism were outstanding. David is a top-tier manager who truly cares about his customers and deserves every bit of recognition (and a promotion!) for his exemplary leadership. Thank you, David!

  I came in because my engine was having issues and wanted to have it scanned, he told me to “get lost,” refused to help. When I asked if someone else could assist me, he simply said, “No.” I ended up going to O’Reilly Auto Parts instead, where the staff were friendly and eager to help. I rarely leave reviews, but I believe the owner should know how customers are being treated. This experience was disappointing and not the level of customer service I expected.

  I consistently receive great service at AutoZone. The employees are professional, courteous, and generally helpful. Their prices are reasonable across a wide range of products and services, and the complimentary diagnostic is a valuable resource when you’re trying to figure out what’s going on with your vehicle. Yes, there can be a wait at times, but it’s usually worth it because they really do their best to answer your questions and help you troubleshoot whatever issue you’re facing. Most recently, the store manager, Tracy, went above and beyond to assist me outside in the cool and rain. That level of care is exactly why customers like me remain loyal. If you need basic, dependable automotive services, I recommend them.
