  I dont normally post reviews but the experience i had was pretty dang bad. So I stopped yesterday afternoon at 4:26 pm on my way home from work expecting an in and out "15 minute" oil change like their sign says. We'll I pull up and there is one customer ahead of me. After a few minutes lady walks up as me the basic info and say we are moving slow today but will be to get to u soon as we are done with this one ahead of you. Ok kool I pull into the bay she lines me up and proceeds to help the other customer. After about 20 minutes the guy that checks the fluids and sell you add ons has me pull my car up some more. The checks my lights and such and has me turn the car off and pop the hood. After a few minutes of trying to get my hood open he ask if I could help him......ok no problem I say. Already annoyed at that point but I brush it off and go back to sitting in my car. He come up and try to sell me a air filter I decline....then a oil cleaning kit cuz my oil was ok extra 20 bucks fine. The he walks away and goes and finish helping the lady finish the other customer then they both proceed back to my car and he tells her he cant get the cover back on for the air filter....... she does that for him then goes down below they then have me adjust my car position 3 more times. She fiddles around under to car fo a bit they then go to the register hydrate and are talking to each other. Its now 5:30 pm at this point I brush it off once again few more minutes go by and she send the guy to me and he trys to tell me that something is wrong and I will have to got to a different one with a special tool to get off my drain plug. So I walk to the register and talk to the lady and she fully explains it and says that I have to get it done today because of the cleaner that was added i tell her I've been here a waiting this long and he has not checked my other fluids and yall dont have the proper tools or staff to get this done and expect me to take it somewhere else thats 15 minutes away. So im really annoyed at this point been there a hour and a half and they haven't checked my other fluids yet and needs me to go somewhere else and wait ever longer to get this done. I ask well can they come here and fix it i stay a block away and can call my wife to come get me. She calls back they say ok and my wife come gets me we go home and at 6:37pm they call and say my car is ready. I guess the only good thing is I got 25 dollars off after 2 hours of hassle I feel it shoukd have been more but at this point whatever. I WILL NO BE GOING BACK AND RECOMMEND YOU DO GO TO THEM EITHER!!!

  Very unpleasant experience will not be returning. The technician that serviced my car's name was Tyler he was a younger black man at the beginning of the inspection he asked me to pop the hood I did he flatly told me that he did not know how to open the hood of my car (96 Chevy s10) and left presumably got a tool to pry it open before I stepped out and opened it for him. He was working with an older man who went into the pit under the car he stayed there for the duration of the service. While outside of the vehicle I asked Tyler if he could look at my windshield wipers I had just gotten them from advance auto parts 2 days prior but they would not stay on correctly. At no point during the inspection did he look at my windshield wipers and he was about to wave me off to leave before I had to ask him to take a look at them again. By then the older technician had finished underneath the car and offered to help him with the wipers when he went to fix them but he smirked fiddled with them for a minute and said that they were fixed and before I was out of the parking lot I tried using them and they started coming off. He also claimed to have filled my windshield wiper fluid on the receipt see picture of my empty windshield wiper reservoir. I would give zero stars if I could and there's no telling what else they didn't do I will have someone else look over the car and I will not be returning
