I had a great experience with Hunter. He didn’t rush through the service or try to oversell things I didn’t need. He asked the right questions, physically showed me the things I needed or that were broken and worn. I will continue to be back!! - they have also repaired 2 air conditioners for our family in the past year with no issues and very affordable!! I recently had my oil changed elsewhere and was broken down within an hour with no coolant, a severed line, no offer or care to fix it or make it right, and they also tried to charge me $500 fir the cost of a headlight. I got the headlight needed off of Amazon for $26 for a 2 pack and a friend installed it for free. Sticking with express from now on.

I went to get my oil changed and right off the bat they tried to tell me that I have multiple oil leaks. I told them I know good and well that I don't cause I don't have any oil spots in my drive way and I havent had to add oil. They wanted me to pay 25.00 to have them look at it. I told them to just change the oil i don't have a leak

My lights were indicating my tires were low on air as I was headed to Doctors appt. I pulled in at express oil they were extremely busy. Timothy approached my car and I told him I just needed some air in my tires and he was some courteous. Had me pull up very close to a car in the bay so the air pump would reach. He put air in my tires and sent me on my way. I have used y’all in the past and I definitely well again and tell my friends how nice and great service yall provide thanks again Timothy

I came in for an oil change and left convinced this place may secretly be responsible for keeping the entire automotive infrastructure of central Alabama from collapsing. The service started normally enough. I pulled in, they got me situated, and within seconds the crew descended upon my vehicle with the precision of a military operation and the urgency of people who had just been informed that if my oil pressure dropped below specification, the moon would fall from the sky. One technician went underneath the truck. Another popped the hood. A third checked my tires. Then things escalated. A customer in the next bay dropped his keys into the engine compartment. Before the keys had even finished falling, one of the technicians launched himself halfway across the bay, caught them in midair, checked the man’s coolant level with his free hand, and casually asked whether he wanted his washer fluid topped off. Nobody reacted. Apparently this is normal here. A few minutes later, a gust of wind sent an oil-change reminder sticker flying across the shop. Another employee snatched it out of the air without looking, wrote the correct mileage on it, and slapped it perfectly straight onto my windshield from approximately nine feet away. I watched this happen. I still don’t know how. Meanwhile, the technician beneath my vehicle emerged holding my old oil filter like Perseus returning with the head of Medusa. “Everything looks good underneath.” Sir. You have just returned from the underworld. Show some pride. Then came the air filter inspection. He looked at it. I looked at him. This was the moment. I prepared myself emotionally for the ancient ritual in which an oil-change establishment informs you that your air filter has apparently survived the Dust Bowl, three volcanic eruptions, and the collapse of Rome. Instead, he said: “Honestly, it’s still good.” I nearly embraced the man. Integrity. In THIS economy. By this point, I had become convinced that if a tornado touched down outside, these people would simply lock the bay doors, finish the oil change, replace the tornado’s cabin air filter, and send it on its way with a complimentary tire-pressure check. And they were FAST. I had barely settled into the philosophical acceptance that I would be sitting there for a while when they told me I was finished. Finished? My brother in combustion, I had not even completed my emotional journey. Oil changed. Fluids checked. Tires checked. No unnecessary upselling. Vehicle returned to me in better condition than when I arrived. I genuinely believe that if I rolled in here with three flat tires, a smoking engine, and a raccoon actively living inside the transmission, somebody would simply sigh, grab a wrench, and say: “Alright, let’s see what we’ve got.” Five stars. If these people ever stop changing oil, I will sell my vehicle and begin traveling exclusively by horse.
