- MMMillieAug 11, 20261.0Mischarged, not refunded. Went in for a single wash . Swiped card, gate didn't open. Attendant said their cc machine is bad about not processing cards so I should swipe again. I pulled up my bank app and it showed a charge pending but I was told if it did charge me twice, come back tomorrow & they'd take care of it. Guess what I WAS charged twice for a single wash. The charges were 2 minutes apart in time. I go back a couple of days later, he remembers telling to reswipe but told they can't refund me locally but will fill out a refund request to corporate. After 2 weeks, corporate emails me that they are not going to refund me but they want me "to continue to enjoy the full range of benefits they offer." Not today..not ever.
