  I had a caliper freeze up on my car and needed repairs fast. Billy, the Service Manager, was incredible to work with. Even though they were booked solid with appointments all day, he found a way to get me in and out much quicker than I expected. Isaac did an excellent job replacing the caliper, rotors, and brake pads, along with performing a brake fluid flush. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and my car drives great now. To top it all off, they gave me a very fair price for the repairs. Great customer service, quality workmanship, and honest pricing are hard to find these days. I highly recommend this shop and want to thank Billy and Isaac for taking such good care of me!

  Was in the neighborhood and needed to get my truck serviced. It was done correctly and quickly. Everyone was very professional and polite. Billy, the assistant manager, explained what services were performed and what was checked. Very pleased with my visit and will be back if I'm around this location again

  I dropped my vehicle off on Monday 7/6/26 for an oil change the next day 7/7/26 at 12pm. The front desk guy proceeded to lose my key. I only found this out after I called 2 hours after my appointment and they said I did not give them my key. They accused me instead of searching or trying to check cameras. The issue only got pressed because I continued to call and hassle them other wise they would not have done a single thing to resolve the issue. It is now 7/9/26 and no cameras have been checked. I have called the corporate number and spoke to countless individuals who have talked to the regional manager a fella named hunter about checking the cameras. There has been no communication or urgency to fix this problem. My family is without a vehicle and stuck unable to live our lives due to mavis tires and brakes losing my key and doing nothing about it but accusing me of not giving them the key. No cameras have been checked no solution has been given just nothing. The regional manager must be incompetent or not care about customers at all to not have checked the cameras as soon as they lost the key or even thought that I did not hand the key over. I highly suggest no one come here for service on your vehicle not due to the actual mechanics and techs because I am sure they are capable and I have had work done here before but because their management and corporate are unwilling to assist incase of a mistake or mishap you will be stranded forever and your young family will be forced to do without a vehicle to live your lives due to incompetence. This is unacceptable and needs to be handled properly in the future or don’t do business.

  Came in with a flat tire yesterday and the staff was extremely professional and friendly found out that I had a nail near the side of the tire they was able to explain to me why it couldn’t be patch and gave me a great deal on a new tire and had me out pretty quick I highly recommend this location

  Let me tell you when I didn’t know I had to get an oil change when it needed to be done I didn’t know. But I had came by Mavis today and I met the most amazing and helpful men in the company. They were all so kind to let me know about the importance of oil changes and when to get them done, what oil and oil filter I’d need for it. I’ve never been so grateful before. Thank you young men who helped me out today :)
