  I had the best experience buying tires at this Mavis location, Josh was exceptional. He was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions and offered to check a few things on my vehicle. I even got a new set of wiper blades. The entire process went very smoothly, I'll definitely be back for tires for my other vehicles. Thanks for everything Josh.

  The new manager there is a superhero in our opinion! We were on our way to a cheer meet an hour away and picked up something in the tire and started losing pressure immediately! I pullled into the shop talked to Will the new manager told him our situation, he jumped in there like Superman, said “I’ll take care of it”. At the speed of light he personally got our tire taken care of and we were back on the road in 15 mins! We made the cheer meet and even won, without Will there that wouldn’t have happened! Can’t recommend this shop enough!!

  I had a large screw in my tire and they were able to squeeze me in late in the evening on a weekend to get it patched. I could tell they were slammed and having technology issues, but Will handled everything and every customer that called/came in while I waited with grace and respect.

  Booked online. Paid $25 to confirm. They were an hour late and charged more for the set of 4 tires than what I booked online. Same tires. When it was brought to their attention, they refused to listen and just talked, talked, talked. Acted like I was asking for a favor. No, I was asking for what was advertised and booked. Classic bait and switch. No integrity. No customer service. Go there at your own risk.

  I just wanted to let people know about my visit at this Mavis in Meridianville, AL. Had a great experience! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and they kept me informed without trying to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need. You can tell the manager takes pride in how the place is run and in taking care of customers. I'll definitely be back and would recommend this location.
