First time the female manager was too busy on the phone and flirting with somebody in the parking lot paying attention to them instead of her employees. I got home and oil was all over the undercarriage of my car it was just a mess. Second time I went they didn't bothered to ask me to check my lights tail lights headlights or anything to see if they worked and of course I got pulled over by the police the next night for a tail light out. Third time I guess is a charm not much went wrong if it wasn't for the coupon I wouldn't go.

Personally introduced himself and made sure to communicate through the entire process. The crew working that day did a great job, and if I am in the area and need an oil change, I wouldn't hesitate to stop here.
