- RRReeAug 23, 20265.0Alright, it’s valvoline.. oil change. Right? But I came in with a scraping sound in the bottom of my car & IM JUST A GIRL. James, Mike & Kevin were so nice to me. They went under, screwed my splash plate back up and helped me find the part I needed online. Wait.. they sat & searched for the part with me online. They could’ve turned me away.. they could’ve ignored my concerns but they didn’t. They fixed my issue & helped me to find a permanent solution ALL WITH A SMILE. Thanks guys!
- ALAmanda LeeAug 22, 20265.0Stopped in this location 8/17/26 late afternoon because my thermostat showed my Tundra was running hot. They were busy. We all felt every last one of the three digit temperatures--on top of the humidity. Every single employee was polite and seemed glad to be there. One particular young man-- Kavarius Thomas--was exceptional. Kavarius(I hope I spelled it correctly) exemplified what it means--in the South--to be 'raised right'. He assessed my issues, asked all the questions, made recommendations and did everything he could to help me make the best decision for my predicament. He patiently poured the coolant in my radiator and pointed my toward the closest full service mechanic. He vehemently refused the tip I offered for his trouble, saying it was his job. It is rare to meet people with such a wonderful attitude. Whoever owns this franchise must treat their staff well. If I didn't live over an hour away, I would be trying to lure him into working for us. I made it home without having to stop thanks to Kavarius!
