  Quoted me 20$ for an engine air filter. It didn’t look bad so I declined. They insisted to look at the cabin air filter, so I said sure. The cabin air filter did look bad, but it wasn’t until after they installed it and gave me my balance that they told me it was 59$. I asked them why it was that much of a difference and they said “sorry, it’s different.” If you look up that air filter, it’s $12 online. I told them I couldn’t afford it and to take it out and they said it was too late. This place had amazing service, not sure what happened but this was extremely disrespectful to say the least.

  Great experience! It was my first time doing an oil change here and I was a bit nervous, but Brandon and Kendell were incredibly patient and guided me through the whole process. They were honest about my air filters and didn't try to upsell me. Quick and professional service. Highly recommend this location!

  I brought my BMW in for an oil change (I provided the oil and filter), and it felt like chaos from the beginning. The tech doing paperwork was directing the other two, who seemed a bit lost or totally new on the job. In an attempt to check the engine filter, a wrench went sliding across the drivers side top quarter panel and hit the floor. I was told he couldn't get it loose to check, which was no problem. I asked if they could check the other fluids and get the tires all to the proper pressure. After about 25 minutes, they said they were done and we left to hit Aldi...literally across the parking lot. I checked the digital air pressure sensors on my dash, and the pressure hadn't changed at all from when we first went into the shop. I asked my husband to please go back and get them filled while I shopped. He took it back, and new techs were on duty. He watched them add air to all the tires, and then left. When he picked me up, I checked the pressure again, and the PSI had only increased by a pound or so, when each tire needed anything from 3-5 pounds of pressure added. We got home, and I took out my portable air compressor to finish the job myself only to find that 3 of the 4 custom BMW tire valve caps had been swiped and replaced with the cheap, plastic ones. Ironically, the only one left was the drivers front tire. I was pretty upset that the job we paid for them to do was not done correctly the first time, or the second time, and then to have car accessories stolen from us about did me in. It's going to cost me as much as the oil change labor fee did just to replace the stolen caps. I have always had great service at other Valvoline centers in Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Virginia. This was our first one in Alabama, and it will be our last. I will find another place for future maintenance and if it costs a bit more to have the job done right and not get robbed of accessories in the process, then it will be money well spent.
