  I had an amazing experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! They did a fantastic job on my car. It came out looking spotless, shiny, and like new. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. You can tell they really take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a car wash that delivers excellent results and great customer service, I highly recommend Tommy’s Express. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I was just there. Got bombarded with leave a review and get this. I said no thanks. They kept pushing. Got to the cashier, I asked for something knowing what I wanted. I knew they would push an upsell. I kept saying no, they kept pushing. I get you get paid to upsell, but 2 nos should be enough. They pushed again and I left without a wash. No means no, especially when I say I’ve been there before.

  I love Tommy’s! I’ve had a membership here for a while, and have converted several friends to here, too — and with the number of car washes in town, that’s not an easy feat. The quality at Tommy’s speaks for itself. The sweet blonde girl with braces at the vacuums was so kind and helpful!

  Just wanted to send a shout out to the team over at the Lawson Ridge Dr location in Madison, AL. They always are polite, professional and go beyond to ensure that all my needs are met. I will def visit this location again when I’m out in the Madison area!! Thanks guys keep up the hard work!! 🤗

  I am writing this review to warn customers of this car washes policies and customer service. We went through the car wash a week and a half ago and had damage to our car from the spinners. Part of the spinner was stuck in our front bumper and had scratched the paint off. A manager came out, took accountability that that was definitely from their equipment and told us we would receive a call within 48 to 72 hours from an owner and open a claim for us. Unfortunately, a week went by and we still had not heard back from them so we reached out to the manager again and he informed us that they weren’t doing anything. They had camera footage of the scratch previously being on the car. We asked for images of this and he said he would send them over and that The owner would call us within the next few days. The following day the owner named Tammy called us, told us “she was sorry we felt this way, but there was nothing they would do, and she would not be releasing images to us because she does not have to. “ When we asked about their terms and conditions online stating that They will cover any car 15 years or younger she then stated that this specific location only covers cars five years or younger, even though it’s not stated online at all. When we asked about opening an insurance claim, she then hung up on us was extremely rude and had a very nasty attitude. I am very saddened that this is the response of the owner of the company to people who cannot always afford car repair. When you trust a company with one of your most valuable assets you would hope to be treated with respect and unfortunately this company is completely unable to do that. We have spoken to cooperate who was upset to hear about this interaction. I have seen other reviews about this same thing happening at this location. As a business owner degrading, being rude and hanging up on concerned guests should not be the standard or okay.
