  I’ve been to Tommy’s multiple times and decided to finally get a membership. Love this place! The employees are so helpful and I love how easy and convenient getting a wash is. With a membership I just drive through and it opens for me by reading my license plate. Also the air fresheners smell SO good (kind of citrus-y?)! They’re quick to bring me a water or a lolly for my toddler. Southern hospitality at its finest.

  Mckane at Tommy Car Wash did an outstanding job! The staff was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. My car came out looking spotless inside and out, with attention to detail that really stood out. The wash process was quick, convenient, and worth every penny. I definitely recommend Tommy’s Express Car Wash to anyone wanting great service and a clean vehicle. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  The best car wash place I’ve ever been too. They take care of your car fully for a reasonable price, and all the employees are extremely friendly, and will for sure make your day. McCain is one of them, treating everyone like his friend, and has the type of customer service that I wish everyone had at places. Would highly recommend this place!

  I recently visited Tommy’s Express Car Wash and honestly had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I pulled in, Max, Alexa, Jayden, and Kharmyn were all extremely welcoming, professional, and full of positive energy. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a great job and making sure every customer leaves satisfied. Max was very attentive and made sure everything was running smoothly, while Alexa had such a friendly attitude that instantly made the experience better. Jayden worked hard and paid attention to every detail, and Kharmyn went above and beyond to make sure customers felt appreciated and taken care of. The whole team worked together perfectly and created such a great atmosphere. Not only did my car come out looking spotless, but the service itself is what really stood out to me. It’s not often you come across employees who are this dedicated, respectful, and hardworking. Their professionalism and teamwork truly deserve recognition. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service and a car wash done the right way. Huge shoutout to Max, Alexa, Jayden, and Kharmyn for making the experience such a great one — they are a huge reason I’ll definitely be coming back!

  BEWARE: They’re sending out FAKE free car wash coupons! I had a subscription here in the past, fast-forward 1.5 years later (present day) they send me a free car wash coupon in the mail. I come in to use it (considering renewing) and they DENY me a car wash with the coupon at the window? No reasons presented. No stipulations on the coupon. Manager looked at me like a deer in headlights. I drove straight over to Tidal Wave Auto Spa and signed up for their package instead. Weird behavior all around.
