  This company uses the tire rotation for free gimmick to just get you in to upsell you more products and won't follow directions. I went in and bought 1400$ worth of tires. Said I want the carcass of the best one I had on the car. Please save it put it in the trunk. I picked it up and didn't look in the trunk even thought they left my sun roof open. I assumed for the rubber smell. They didn't save it or put it in the trunk like I asked. Called the next day, it was gone by the recycler. I said can you save one you put on another car. Oh sure we'll do that. No call. Went in for the free oil change and rotation. I had numbered the tires with blue tape on the inside of the rim. While I declined to have my brakes done for a thousand dollars for just pads. I came home and checked and you guessed it they didn't even rotate the tires. This is just another place that promises service but is only trying to reach into your wallet. Now I have to go see if they even changed the oil .

  I stop in on a Saturday looking to buy aftermarket wheels for car. I inquired about 2 different wheels by 2 different manufacturers. I talked to weekend manager about each wheel. He said that the store didn't carry the one manufacturer, but could order the other wheel and said why don't you order the other through the store just incase the wheels were damaged that they could send back and get replacements. I agreed and he took my information to call the distributor about the wheels and call me that weekend or early in the week. I waited a full week and called back and asked about if they got anything from the distributor. The guy who talked to 2nd basically told to call the other guy. So I guess I wasted my time trying to give them business. I went to a competitor and ask the same thing and got an answer and wheels within 3 days.
