  I used Safelite in Madison, AL for a recent repair of a windshield chip. The experience was very good, over all. My only suggestions would be for the receptionist at the repair shop to be more careful to acknowledge customers when they come in, even if she is busy or on the phone. Also, the service technician could be more personable, even though he has his speech all memorized. A nice smile would go a long way. The price was reasonable and the finished result was great.

  So, I went to the Safelite location in Madison, AL to get windshield in my Audi A6 replaced, overdue in hindsight. I arrived early for my noon appointment and was out of there by 12:30p! They were all super friendly and promptly got me in and out! My only regret is not coming in sooner! Now I have a perfectly clear windshield again! Thanks Safelite!!

  Very well known glass company with a superior product. I had a mobile appointment scheduled that had to be cancelled due to an employee issue. Krista immediately contacted me and offered several options for my windshield replacement, including a new mobile appointment and an opportunity to drop my car off on the day of my appointment and have the service completed. I took my Jeep in for the replacement and my technician, Ryan, called me by 11am and the work was completed. Completed very well at that with a complete set of dare instructions from Ryan. I went to pick up and since I paid when I booked the appointment I was out immediately. Thank you.

  They cancelled me three different times. Request three off days from work! Home call glass repair. Three weeks in a row. Broken glass at delivery. Distribution Center order the wrong glass the third time. And the POC in Huntsville does not respond to my phone calls. I file my claim on Allstate, They sponsor Safelite. And they don't tell you that you can select any glass company of my choice. Just don't USE them. Unreliable business.

  I used Safelight for a new windshield installment and Dakota my technician did a Great Job installing it. He was prompt and professional, he called when he arrived at my place and was a fast worker. He said the repair would take about an hour but he installed it in about 45 minutes. After he was done installing my new windshield he informed me of the after care and what to avoid as far as letting the windshield set and cure. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a mobile service done. Great Job Dakota!!!!
