  I had a very mixed experience with my recent visit to Safelite. Once my vehicle was in the hands of my technician, Eric, the experience was excellent. Eric was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He called me with updates throughout the process, kept me informed about what was going on with my glass and windshield wipers, and even followed up after the service to explain the post-care instructions. His communication, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding. He made that portion of the experience seamless and pleasant, and I truly appreciated how well he kept me informed. Unfortunately, the front desk and payment experience was the complete opposite. There were multiple issues with my payment, including being charged the wrong amount, having the wrong card charged, and then being double charged. This resulted in a frustrating cycle of charges, refunds, and additional charges that temporarily put my account into a negative/overdraft status while everything was being corrected. The check-in and checkout/payment process definitely could have been handled better. What should have been a simple transaction became unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I’m very thankful for Eric because he completely turned the experience around. I would absolutely give him 5 stars for his professionalism, communication, and customer service. However, the front desk and payment process needs improvement to prevent another customer from having the same experience.

  Fantastic experience. Set up the entire appointment, including my insurance, through their app. They handled my deductible and I paid them the difference on site. Because of the year of my vehicle, in order to have the new windshield installed, t was required for me to drop off at their local store for the recalibration. Dropped off and they my vehicle was in a bay before I left. Got the text that I was finished a 2-3 hours later. Great process and communication. Highly recommend.

  Great service from the Madison team. I stayed with my car during the repair. The techs kept me updated on it's progress as well as walked me through what I needed to do the next 48 hours to insure everything set properly. This is my second time using this location. The techs had me in and out in no time. My whole day wasn't tied up waiting on my car. GREAT JOB!

  Poor customer service on the phone because the rep was so shy she could barely even speak to me. It took multiple appointments before showing up with the correct glass. They wasted 6 hours of MY time twice. That is thoughtless and rude to the actual customer At the end of their survey they ask if you wpuld like to discuss the issues. Instead of checking "yes" and entering my info, they simply gave a phone number for me to call! LAZY!!! If you have a dissatisfied customer, and you KNOW it, you should do the contact. Safelite...BOOOOO!

  I use the Safelite location in Madison Alabama for cause of the necessity to recalibrate options on my vehicles. I had two Toyota trucks that had cracked windshields and I had the windshield replaced on successive days one on Friday and one on Saturday and both days experience was very satisfying I had to drive about 40 miles to the Safelite location because I live in a rural area and that was the closest location and because of the type of vehicle I had they work Could not be performed in my driveway both of the technicians who serviced my trucks, One on On Friday and one on Saturday or outstanding and very professional and took extra time too explain to me the precautions I should take for the next two days After the installation of the new windshield, it is my impression that these individuals are very well trained and experienced, and are really good at what they do
