The general manager/owner is a crook. As I am inexperienced with purchasing tires, Mavis out of Madison saw this as an opportunity to take advantage. I took my car home to Pennsylvania and my home auto body shop told me Mavis sold me tires from April of 2023….. mind you tires are only good for 5 years. And we’re in August of 2026….. When I returned to Mavis and explained the situation I was told quote from the owner “if you’re not paying for new tires you won’t get them. Hundred of dollars they scammed me out of. Never go to this location.

Took my wife’s car back to the place where we bought her tire two months ago to have it repaired. Service manager was extremely rude to me like he didn’t want to be there. I called 5 places and all were rude as well. Mavis right across the street from Walmart told me to come over. Looked at it and it needs replacement. Needless to say I’m replacing the tire with mavis on Madison ave instead of giving my business back to Walmart. Service rep up front said it would be a long wait but he took it in right away even being short staffed.
