  I'm not from Huntsville and out of all of the places I've lived this Mavis is by far my favorite place to get my car serviced. I'm fortunate to usually get taken care of by Krystal. She is straightforward and honest. She is patient and explains everything if I have questions. I know she's going to take care of me and my issues will be solved by the time I leave the store.

  I got a tire repair today and Crystal was extremely polite. The repair was extremely fast and the customer service was outstanding.

  I have been utilizing this establishment for years for my car services, specially this location. This establishment's customer has changed significantly. When this establishment was Topline tires, the customer/car service was exceptional. Now, the quality has decreased, especially the customer service. I called this morning to ask about wait time for a particular service. The associate who answered my call was named Crystal. Crystal answered the phone with enthusiasm until I said, " Hello Crystal, how are you doing?" Listen, I wish you all could hear the long pause and the change in Crystal's tone when she her my voice. The enthusiastic associate who answered the phone was no longer enthusiastic. Lol! Yes, I'm black, so you already know the situation. None, the least less. I told Crystal that I was asking, " How are you doing. " and proceed to ask question. The interaction was definitely uncomfortable. I was going to write a review because I thought Crystal was having a bad day. Until, I arrived to the establishment and the same associate Crystal was on the phone with another customer. You could hear the customer's voice over the phone. Yes, he was an European man. Good ole Crystal was having a very pleasant conversation with this individual. She was smiling and laughing doing the conversation, just eager and enthusiastic to help this individual. So, I guess Crystal wasn't having a bad day at all. Lol! Well, I called another Mavis on University Dr. Joseph asked the phone with enthusiasm and continued conversation with enthusiasm to help me. I left the poor customer to be assisted with a smile. You can call it throwing the race card. I called it Crystal was showing her true colors. Lol! My money went to location that gives excellent service. I hate this happened because this location is less than a mile from my residence.

  Picked up bolt at the railroad track in front of Mavis Tires at 4:45 during rush hour. Did a u-turn into their store hoping they would be open till 5:00 and have time to squeeze me in before closing. Happily, they are open till 8:30 on Thursdays! They repaired my tire and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and helpful: the nice lady who checked me, the guy who repaired my tire and Mike who checked me out. 10/10. Will definitely return when I need new tires.
