  Blaine was Very kind and helpful, I loved the way they asked before doing anything with my car and how patient Blaine was with me. I also loved the way they asked me if I wanted the price first before anything. 10/10 would definitely recommend coming here

  Really went to EOC because I found a oil change coupon online. So glad I went. I was greeted promptly and drove right in to a bay. I talked to RYAN about specifics concerning my vehicle and the type of oil to use. He listened and was very informative about options. I especially liked being offered a choice of synthetic oils instead of having a stock/bulk oil forced on me. Change was quick, but not rushed. I really felt like a valued customer. I asked Ryan about some other services offered by EOC. He printed the costs and explained what was included in said services. Great customer service and oil change at a great price! Will definitely be back and will recommend EOC/Sullivan St.

  Tyler was very helpful and communicative, he answered my questions and took time to explain things to me. I had an oil change, tire alignment, tire patch, fluids topped off, air filter change. All super quick and affordable. Thank you, will be back!

  Swung by a day or so ago to ask about a few services and was sent to Matt. Matt was super helpful and helped me figure out what times would be best to swing by for what I needed. When I came by the service to find the root of my problems was thorough and took hardly any time at all. Matt and Isaac walked me through the issues my car had and helped me make the decision on what was best for my car. After landing on what I wanted to do they had me all set and ready to go within 30minutes. I’d come to this location before just to be upsold on things my car genuinely didn’t need and its extremely refreshing to have a spot I can go to so close to home. The new staff is wonderful and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need help with my car.

  I always come here for my oil changes because the team is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They take the time to explain everything that's going on with my vehicle, which I truly appreciate. During my most recent visit, I was at my wit's end trying to figure out what to do about the stripped screws on my license plate. Matthew, Ryan, and Tyler went above and beyond to help. They were able to remove the damaged screws and install new ones, saving me a lot of frustration. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for their excellent customer service and highly recommend this team!
