  I needed an oil change while on an Epic Road Trip, and this was convenient. I'm a bring-my-own-supplies type (when not traveling, we're DIY oil change people), so supplies came from the nearby Mazda dealer & Costco. My vehicle was primarily serviced by Kyle (though I don't know who was in the "pit"). The oil change was accomplished promptly, along with a courtesy look at the belts and basic safety check. I had covered this base before leaving on my road trip, and there was no attempt made to sell me any additional services. Although I'm not in this area often, I would not hesitate to use this oil change service again. As a matter of fact, I have recommended this business to my relatives in the area.

  My headlight went out so I went to go get my light changed. They tried to tell me the bulb was “melted” and I needed an entire new frame. Tried to charge me 1200 dollars for both sides, however a week prior I had my other headlight changed and there were no problems. Went to get my light changed another place after and nothing was wrong. I have a photo of the bulb after it was replaced and nothing was wrong with it besides the fact the bulb went out. It is not right to lie and deceive people for money. If the matter is not resolved, I will be taking legal action as I have documentation of everything.

  I have always had my oil changed at this express. But we needed our tires rotated and after a bad experience at Costco, we took our Armada to this express. They got the job done in 30 minutes and Jennifer, who checked me out was as nice as could be. This is an awesome place. I will buy my new tires from them because of their good customer service

  Fast, friendly, staff were amazing. Once I arrived the weather made a turn for the worse. The radio had a severe thunderstorm warning and tornado warning. The staff assured me we were safe and they would have me out ASAP. Tehrien stayed profession and keep good conversation while continuing my service.

  Overfilled my step kid’s beetle with too much oil. Immediately set off the engine light and beeper. Oil on the ground after driving it less than a mile. Likely didn’t wait long enough for the oil to totally drain out before filling it back up or thought it was the wrong engine size. After taking it back, the manager argued that it wasn’t even overfilled that much (probably because most of the oil spilled out) now we have to potentially deal with the engine respirating oil into the PCV/breather system and damage to the catalytic converter. 0/10 experience.
