Rented a truck for my business and apparently it had some issues randomly shutting off. Notified Enterprise and the manager and associate both contacted me and provided excellent customer service. I have never experienced customer service that GREAT anywhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you to all the staff.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent rental experience. The vehicle provided to me was not in a safe operating condition and should never have been rented to a customer. From the moment I left the lot, it was obvious that the truck had significant alignment issues. The vehicle pulled noticeably while driving, the steering felt unstable, and maintaining control required constant correction. This was not a minor inconvenience—it created a serious safety concern for myself, my passengers, and other motorists on the road. A rental vehicle should be properly inspected and maintained before being placed into service. The condition of this truck demonstrated either a lack of inspection or a failure to address known mechanical issues. I paid for a reliable, roadworthy vehicle and instead received a truck that drove poorly and felt unsafe at highway speeds. As a customer, I should not have to question whether a rental vehicle is safe to operate. Enterprise advertises quality service and dependable vehicles, yet this experience fell far below reasonable expectations. The truck's alignment and handling issues significantly impacted my rental experience and caused unnecessary stress and concern throughout the rental period. What is most troubling is that these issues would have been apparent to anyone performing even a basic inspection or test drive. Allowing a vehicle in this condition to remain in service reflects poorly on Enterprise's commitment to customer safety and vehicle maintenance. Because the vehicle was not provided in a safe and satisfactory condition, I believe a refund or substantial reimbursement is warranted. I paid for a properly functioning rental vehicle and did not receive one. Customers should not be expected to accept vehicles with mechanical deficiencies that compromise safety. I respectfully request that Enterprise review this matter, inspect the vehicle involved, and provide appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience. More importantly, I urge Enterprise to ensure that vehicles with similar safety concerns are removed from service until proper repairs have been completed. Safety should never be optional, and customers should be able to trust that the vehicle they rent is roadworthy. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard.
