  Enterprise was a great place for me to rent a vacation car. I found just the right car and price to take to the beach with my family.

  Horrible reserved a van for three days a week ahead of time. Get there and the van is low on fluids oil life at 9%. Then it’s been side swiped and black stuff running down the side of it. Then they say it’s got a hold on it. Wait an hour and nothing is done. I then voice my frustration and they say we got one at our Huntsville location. I tell them I’ll drive there cause it’s already behind and I have to get on the road. I call the other location and the say nobody contacted them and they don’t have anything. I ask for a number for someone in management and they give me a fake number and hang up. Unbelievable how people are when you are the reason for them having the job in the first place. I did finally get actual service from the location in Athens. Own folks act like they huh

  Staff was pleasant during pick up and return. The rental stated “Toyota Corolla or similar” and it was a Nissan Versa which didn’t drive very well and had several rattles and noises.

  There is something shady going on at this enterprise location. Deposits are being refunded then retracted. Cars are getting rented in other people's names. Counter service people are taking photos of the computer screens with their personal cell phones. Took me an hour to return the vehicle. Rental agreement having 2 vehicles on it with incorrect miles driven, when only 1 vehicle was used. When I returned the rental car it was under someone else's name. Contacted corporate in the website like instructed and resolution still is not done I was promised my deposit refund will be completed by 4:00 this afternoon and it's still not completed this is a horrible enterprise location

  They were so nice and efficient at the Enterprise on Madison Blvd in Madison Alabama! I would definitely recommend them and I would choose them again. Ciara (may have spelling wrong) was so pleasant! They were prompt picking me up from the Collision Center and just made my experience very nice. They put me in a very nice vehicle and it was very clean and neat. I think it was DC that checked me out at the end and everything went smoothly. My deposit was refunded right then too! You can't go wrong with Enterprise! Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
