  I had a reservation due to an insurance claim at 9AM. It's 9:45AM and the attendants can't provide a time of availability. They have no cars at the location. I'm waiting indefinitely.

  We had an excellent experience with Enterprise, thanks to Searia! From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to make sure we were taken care of and got us into a great vehicle that was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend asking for her. Thank you, Searia, for going above and beyond!

  Horrible customer service!! Waited since February on my Costco discount and have been following up every few weeks. Well the manager threw me on hold with no explanation just for someone else to get on the phone and not help but hang up instead. Extremely unprofessional. Told Costco they had sedans available but put me in a suv and told me none were available!! Avoid this location!!!

  Vehicle interior was nasty . Seats covered in stains , interior reaked of cigarette smoke . Would think you would clean it , but I guess not . Staff was nice , but not enough workers to handle to the amount of customers.
