  A wonderful experience from soup to nuts. Nick and his team were thorough with my quote, then quick with the repair and most importantly for some in my house, made the car look like a newborn babe. Incredible work from an incredible team.

  UPDATE: character is doing the right thing and I am pleased to say that Eagle and their leaders reached out and kindly, and promptly responded and addressed this issue. That to me shows true character of a company and I’m pleased to say Eagle has showed that and I have passed this information along to the claims team as well. I consider this resolved to my five star satisfaction. Had a vehicle repair done from wreck and they caused $900 dollars in damage I’m still trying to be reimbursed for due to their negligence. My goal I won’t stop until done is getting them de-certified for USAA repair center…..you want to make this right first before it costs you more than $900 in lost business? You know how to reach me…..

  Had a pretty bad accident — my 2021 Venue got crushed on the passenger side. Eagle Collision Center was able to repair it and did an amazing job. They made it look like new! We had to wait on parts, but that’s not something they controlled. Great service from beginning to end, and fair in their pricing. They don’t take advantage — whether it’s insurance or not! Highly recommend.

  After a front end collision, I brought my car here on Geico's recommendation. I can't speak to the value of the repairs, as I only was responsible for my deductible, but the service was great. Got my car back a little more than two weeks later, so the timeline was very reasonable for me. Everything seems to be working as before (only driven it a little so far). The best part was the detailing they did before getting it back to me. As a mom, that's one less thing I have to worry about and it's like a treat for someone else to do while the car seat is removed. That little extra mile alone will keep me a customer.
