- CTCraig ThomasJun 2, 20261.0I live locally within 7 miles of the Pilot. I needed gas as I was running to the ACE Hardware in Lincoln. I pumped $20 and used my debit card. I drove over to the ACE and pulled up my account and the Pilot had put a hold on $226 for a $20 debit which was out of my account in seconds. I went back to the Pilot where the zombie corporate register operator said he couldn't do anything about it. It was company policy. Imagine , if you will, I was a single Mom stopping to get gas before going to get my kids some food and that 'hold' over drafted my account so that I couldn't feed my children. Let's remember I bought $20 worth of gas and they held $226.00. Why can they take my money in seconds and still put a hold on $226 or 1130% of the bill on my account. I would think there must be some legal recourse to this thievery. TOO BAD THERE'S NOT A LOWER RATING THAN 1.
- LTLi TaoMay 8, 20261.0There is no soap; there is no cold water in stall number three; there are no pizza boxes; there is no free Pepsi to go with the pizza; and the shower area is filthy and full of hair. This is the worst station.
- ACAdvance ChutesApr 18, 20263.0Pilot/Flying J/EVgo/GM: EV pricing is outrageous. They have great locations and amenities, but I guess Pilot/Flying J, GM, and EVgo don’t think their revenue will increase if they offered competitive pricing.
